Abstract
PURPOSE: To automate the measurement of an amount of subsidence of a stand of a large-scale machine, such as a turbine, and continuously and arbitrarily measure and monitor an amount of subsidence of such a stand, by providing detectors at bench marks on the stand, and operate levels of the marks on the basis of signals from the detectors.
CONSTITUTION: Bench mark boxes 18aW18n are provided at bench marks on a horizontal surface of a turbine stand 1. Automatic level detectors 80 are set in the boxes 18, and outputs from the detectors 80 are applied to detecting circuits 81. Outputs from the circuits 81 are sent to a central turbine control unit 82 to be collected in a recorder 87. Signals collected in the recorder 87 are arbitrarily selected by a switch 89 and input into a microcomputer 95 so as to be subjected to operation. A relative variation amount on a horizontal surface 3 of the stand 1 and an absolute level with respect to a reference point are displayed on a pen recorder 90 and an oscilloscope 91.
