Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform measurement of minute elongation and large elongation both with high accuracy by providing detection mechanisms for the elongation of test pieces to displacement detecting levers.
CONSTITUTION: Detectors 17, 18 are mounted to displacement detecting levers DL, DL'. Then, for the elongation of a test piece 26 within the range of a fixed quantity, the inclinations of lever pieces 22' 23' to lever bases 22, 23 are detected by the detectors 17, 18, the detection signals whereof are then inputted to a recorder 2 which performs displaying and recording of elongation and for the elongation beyond that, the detection signals of the detectors 17, 18 are inputted via switches 15, 16 to servo amplifiers 9, 10 to rotation drive servo motors 7, 9 which is turn actuate potentiometers 4, 5, whose outputs are then outputted and displayed as large elongation sinals to and in the recorder 2 via control circuit 6 and circuit changeover switch 20.
