Abstract

Ein Waschmittel mit verbesserter Waschkraft gegenüber fetthaltigen Verschmutzungen enthält (a) ein Gemisch in Wasser nur teilweise löslicher nichtionischer Tenside, (b) wasserlösliche Tenside vom Sulfonat- bzw. Sulfat-­ Typ, (c) Gerüstsalze und (d) sonstige übliche Wasch­ mittelbestandteile. Die Komponente (a) besteht aus (a1) C₁₆-C₁₈-Alkoholen mit 4 bis 6 EO (Ethylenglykolether­ gruppen), (a2) C₁₀-C₁₄-Alkoholen mit 4 bis 6 EO und (a3) C₁₀-C₁₈-Alkylaminen mit 1 bis 3 EO und ist an einer in Wasser löslichen bzw. dispergierbaren, kör­ nigen Trägersubstanz adsorbiert. Die Gewichtsverhält­ nisse betragen (a1) : (a2) : (a3) = 1 : (2 - 6) : (0,8 - 2,5) und (a) : (b) = 4 : 1 bis 4 : 3. Die Träger­ substanz besteht bevorzugt aus einem sprühgetrockneten Gemisch von 60 bis 80 % Zeolith, 3 - 20 % einer (co)-­ polymeren Carbonsäure, 0,1 bis 3 % Natriumsilikat sowie Wasser und kann bis zu 40 Gew.-% an nichtionischem Tensid aufnehmen. Die mit dem nichtionischen Tensid imprägnierte Trägersubstanz wird mit weiteren, gegebe­ nenfalls sprühgetrockneten Pulverbestandteilen, welche die übrigen Komponenten enthalten, zu einem homogenen Pulvergemisch vereinigt.
