Abstract

Auftragevorrichtung zum Auftragen einer zähen Flüssig­ keit, zum Beispiel eines Klebers, einer Dichtungsmasse oder einer Kunststoffmasse, bei der die zähe Flüssigkeit über den Durchtrittsquerschnitt einer Düsenanordnung auspreßbar ist, welcher Durchtrittsquerschnitt von einem Verstellkolben (61) und einem mit diesem zusammenwirkenden Gegen­ stück (66), welches eine den Verstellkolben aufnehmende Bohrung hat, gebildet wird, wobei im Verstellkolben oder im Gegenstück mindestens eine sich in ihrer Längsrichtung im Querschnitt verändernde Düsennut (65) vorhanden ist, die mit dem Gegenstück einen Durchtrittsquerschnitt für die zähe Flüssigkeit bildet, desen Größe durch Verstellung des Verstellkolbens veränderlich ist. Gemäß der Erfindung ist der Verstellkolben drehbar in der Bohrung des Gegenstücks angeordnet, und die Düsennut verläuft senkrecht zur Längs­ achse des Verstellkolbens. Die Düsennut kommuniziert mit einer im Gegenstück (66) angeordneten Eintrittsleitung (64) und einer Austrittsleitung (63), wobei die Anschlußstellen dieser Leitungen (64, 63) an die Düsennut in Umfangsrich­ tung des Verstellkolbens gegeneinander versetzt sind. Durch die Konstruktion nach der Erfindung werden Ablagerungen im Durchflußweg der Auftragevorrichtung vermieden und eine für Regelungszwecke erforderliche leichte und exakte Verstellbarkeit erreicht.
