Claims (10)

1. Roue, en particulier roue à ruban pour l'insertion de la trame sur un métier à tisser, constituée d'un moyeu de roue (10) et d'un corps de roue (1) assemblé de manière active à celui-ci, caractérisée en ce que le corps de roue (1) est partagé par un plan d'assemblage (VE) radial en un premier disque de roue (2) avec face frontale (4) et en un deuxième disque de roue (12) avec face frontale (14), et en ce que les faces frontales (4, 14), sont subdivisées en des premiers éléments de rayon (3, 13) et en des deuxièmes éléments de rayon (5, 15) répartis sur le pourtour et disposés de manière à se correspondre, dont les deuxièmes éléments de rayon (5,15) présentent chacun une paroi (8, 18) en forme de poche, dirigée vers l'intérieur, et formant sur le plan d'assemblage (VE) une structure de paroi essentiellement croisée, les parois étant assemblées entre elles de manière active par des parties de pièces de paroi (6", 16") en forme de section d'anneau circulaires, réparties sur le pourtour.
2. Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paroi frontale (4) du premier disque de roue (2), pourvue des éléments de rayon (3, 5) répartis sur le pourtour, est inclinée en direction du plan d'assemblage (VE) et en ce que la paroi frontale (14) du deuxième disque de roue (12) pourvue d'éléments de rayon (13, 15) répartis sur le pourtour, est parallèle au plan d'assemblage (VE).
3. Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parois frontales (4, 14) des deux disques de roue (2, 12), pourvues des premiers et des deuxièmes éléments de rayon (3, 13 et 5,15), sont inclinées ou parallèles au plan d'assemblage (VE).

Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parois (8, 18), qui se croisent, des deuxièmes éléments de rayon (5, 15) sont formées chacune par la partie de pièce de paroi (6", 16") formant essentiellement le plan d'assemblage (VE) ainsi que des parties de pièces de paroi (6', 16' et 7', 17') coniques, prolongeant les premières, dirigées radialement vers l'extérieur et radialement vers l'intérieur.
5. Roue selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisée en ce que les parties de pièces de paroi (6", 16") formant le plan d'assemblage (VE) et subdivisées en segments sur le pourtour, sont perpendiculaires par rapport à un axe de rotation (X) du moyeu de roue (10) ou légèrement inclinées d'un côté ou de l'autre.
6. Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux disques de roue (2,12) sont assemblés entre eux de manière active sur une jante extérieure (6, 16) ainsi que sur les parties de pièces de parois (6", 16") et chacun avec un élément de paroi (7, 17) ainsi qu'un épaulement intérieur (7", 17"), au moyeu de roue (10).
7. Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de rayon (3, 5) du premier disque de roue (2) ainsi que les éléments de rayon (13,15) du deuxième disque de roue (12) sont uniformément répartis sur, le pourtour et en forme de segments.
8. Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de fixation et d'introduction de la force (25, 25') en métal est disposé entre deux des éléments de rayon (5, 15).
9. Roue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux disques de roue (2, 12) sont réalisés en matière plastique, de préférence en matière plastique renforcée aux fibres de verre, par moulage, sous vide, emboutissage ou par un procédé similaire, et assemblés au moyeu de roue (10) de manière fixe et active par collage.
10. Utilisation de la roue selon la revendication 1, comme roue à ruban pour l'insertion de la trame dans un métier à tisser.
