Definitions
- the invention relates to a shoe box according to the preamble of the main claim.
- the handle of the applicator body is designed as a plate covering the entire arc groove, which additionally also has the function of bringing about the coupling between the closure cover and the housing.
- the cover itself is the handle section of the handle.
- the solution is complex in terms of components and disadvantageous to use (US-A-2 403 575).
- the object of the invention is based on the object of increasing the utility value of a generic shoe polish can such that handling advantages arise when the shoe polish is removed.
- a shoe cream jar which, with a considerably simplified design, has an increased utility value, in particular due to its handling advantages. If the cover is removed, the handle and the shoe cream receiving space not covered by the handling leg are visibly in front of the user. The degree of filling, filling distribution / emptying and type of shoe polish are immediately recognizable.
- the handle can be removed extremely easily and with the right hand, with either the handle leg being rotated in relation to the can around the central chamber or the can as a whole in order to be assigned correctly to the removing hand.
- the assignment of a corresponding unilaterally protruding handle leg to the ring-closed arch groove is also favorable for painting over the application body over the shoe cream composition.
- the shoe polish box has a circular outline and is composed of a housing 1 and a closure cover 2 overlapping it.
- the housing 1 has an annularly closed arch groove 3. This is delimited by the cylindrical side wall 4 of the housing 1, the concentric inner wall 5 and an arch groove bottom surface 6.
- the arch groove 3 represents the shoe cream receiving space and takes up the spreadable shoe polish 7.
- the side wall 4 continues beyond the arch groove bottom surface 6 in a stand collar 8. Its standing edge bears the reference number 9 and lies approximately in one plane flush with the floor 10 of the central chamber 11 formed by the inner wall 5.
- the application body 26 is designed as a sponge and is carried by a handle 28 which is immersed in the closure cover 2. This merges into the lid edge 15, which overlaps the upper edge of the side wall 4.
- the lid edge 15 carries a sealing ring 16 on the inside.
- the lid edge 15 forms a sealing cone 17 in the region of the upper edge 4 'of the side wall 4, which comes into contact with the edge 4'. In this way, drying out of the shoe polish 7 is counteracted.
- the closure cover 2 On the upper edge of the edge, the closure cover 2 is provided with a step 18, into which webs 19 provided on the inside of the housing when stacking in the area of the standing collar 8 enter.
- the inner wall 5 projects beyond the upper edge of the side wall 4.
- the application body 26 is carried by an angled leg 27 of a handle arm 28, which is supported with its lower edge on the upper edge of the inner wall 5 and projects radially.

Description
- Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch die Schuhcremedose,
- Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht hierzu bei abgenommenem Verschlußdeckel.
