Claims (9)

1. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice pour un godet du tambour à godets d'une excavatrice, comprenant des dents centrales, d'encoignure et latérales (B1 à Bg), présentant des positions angulaires différentes par rapport au bord supérieur du godet (1) et disposées de façon interchangeable dans des montures (H1 à Hg) du godet (1), lesdites dents comportant chacune une partie formant coin (10) et une partie formant hampe (11), avec un renflement (12) entre lesdites parties, les parois intérieures (5, 6, 7) des montures (H1 à Hg) correspondant aux parois extérieures (15 à 19) des parties de dents (11) formant hampe, ladite disposition étant caractérisé en ce que
les dents centrales, d'encoignure et latérales (B1 à B9) ont les mêmes formes et dimensions;
en ce que les montures soudées aux parois extérieures de godet (1) sont constituées sous forme de fourreaux (H1 à Hg) indépendants les uns des autres de telle manière que les axes médians (M) de la dent centrale ou des dents centrales (B5) disposés dans un ou plusieurs plans coupant perpendiculairement le godet (1) au centre ou à des distances d'écartement égales, sont perpendiculaires au bord supérieur du godet;
en ce que les axes médians (M) des dents de coin (B4, B6), disposés dans le plan contenant la paroi de face (4) du godet (1), font avec le bord supérieur du godet des angles d'inclinaison de même grandeur, mais de sens opposé;

en ce que les grandeurs des angles d'inclinaison (η4/6) des dents d'excavatrice (B4, B6) servant de dents de coin sont de 10 à 20°, ou de préférence de 15° ;
en ce que les angles d'inclinaison (η1-3 et η7-9) des dents d'excavatrice servant de dents latérales (B1 à B3, B7 à B9) se trouvant, chaque fois en augmentnt de 5°, à l'intérieur d'un intervalle allant de 5° à 20°, et sont de préférence de 5°, 10° et 15°;
en ce qu'il est attribué, aux dents d'excavatrice (B4 à B6) reliées de façon détachable à la paroi de face (4) du godet (1), des angles d'attaque (a) dans l'intervalle de 30° à 50° ou de préférence de 43°, et un angle d'incidence libre (y) dans l'intervalle de 20 à 28° et de préférence de 23° ;
en ce qu'il est attribué, aux dents d'excavatrice (B1 à B3 et B7 à B9), reliées de façon détachable à la paroi latérale (2, 3), des angles d'attaque (a) dans l'intervalle de 30 à 50°, ou de préférence de 48°, et des angles d'incidence libre (y) dans un intervalle de 20 à 28°, ou de préférence de 18°.
2. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les dents centrales, d'encoignure et latérales (B1 à B9) sont des dents d'excavatrice d'une seule pièce comprenant chacune une partie formant coin (10) et une partie formant hampe (11) qui comporte une surface d'assise plane, avec un renflement (12) servant d'arrêt entre lesdites parties, le côté inférieur (20) de la partie formant coin présentant, par rapport à la surface d'arrêt (14) de la partie de dent (11) formant hampe, une surélévation σ (= sigma) de 1 à 3°, ou de préférence de 2°;
en ce que le côté supérieur de la partie de dent (21) formant coin présente, par rapport à la surface d'arrêt (14), un renforcement τ (= tau) de 20 à 25° ou de préférence de 23° ;
et en ce que l'angle de coin β(= beta) de la partie de dent (10) formant coin est de 19 à 22°, ou de préférence de 21°.
3. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la partie de dent (11) formant hampe est constituée comme un tronc de pyramide formant, en section transversale, un hexagone irrégulier, avec deux surfaces planes (14, 16) mutuellement opposées, dont l'une (14) forme la surface d'assise perpendiculaire à la base (36) du tronc de pyramide, et dont les autres surface (16, 17 et 18, 19) du tronc de pyramide, chacune mutuellement en regard par paires, dont entre elles un angle (k) de 168° environ.
4. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que le renflement (12) se trouvant entre la partie de dent (10) formant coin et la partie de dent (11) formant hampe constitue une couverture pour le fourreau (4).
5. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la partie de dent (10) formant coin est conformée, dans la région située en dessous de la pointe (24) du coin, sensiblement en forme de double T en section transversale, de façon qu'il y ait des évidements (26, 27) entre les branches du double T sur le côté supérieur de la forme en coin de la dent et de son côté inférieur (21, 20).
6. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon les revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'assise (14) comporte un ergot (30) de fixation, enserré par un collier de sécurité, dont une tige filetée (32) dépasse de l'extrémité du fourreau (11) éloignée de la dent d'excavatrice (B) et porte à cet endroit une coiffe (34), laquelle peut se déformer au moyen d'un écrou (35) par rapport à l'extrémité proche (37) du fourreau.
7. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon les revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie de dent (10) formant coin est constituée comme une dent pointue (24') en forme de croix en section transversale.
8. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon les revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la surface (15), en regard de la surface d'assise plane (14) de la partie de dent (11) formant hampe, est inclinée sous un angle d'inclinaison δ (= delta) de 10 à 14°, ou de préférence de 12°, par rapport à ladite surface d'assise.
9. Disposition de dents d'excavatrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'angle d'incidence libre y (= gamma) des dents d'excavatrice reliées au godet (1) du tambour à godets est de 2 à 48°, ou de préférence de 26°, et l'angle d'attaque a (= alpha), 20 à 28°, ou de préférence 23°.
