Definitions
- the invention relates to a remote control block with a magnet system according to the preamble of claim 1, which is particularly suitable for switching motor switches and circuit breakers on and off by means of a current pulse.
- an electromagnet acts with its plunger on a rocker arm which is mounted at its pivot point at a pivot point of the housing.
- the rocker arm carries a push rod, the end of which alternately interacts with the shoulders of a rocker on a switch, which is rotatably mounted on a fixed axis of the switch.
- the push rod is pivotally mounted on the rocker arm and pivots against the force of a spring in each course of movement such that it alternately engages with one of the two shoulders of the rocker comes and the rocker switches in this way with each actuation of the electromagnet from one position to the other.
- the operation of this known switch with remote control is, however, relatively imprecise and prone to failure due to the pivotable push rod, which alternately springs onto one of the two shoulders of the rocker switch under spring action.
- the invention has for its object to make the operation of such a remote control block easier and safer.
- the invention has the advantage that the actuation of the rocker of the switch lock does not depend solely on the correct and precise jumping around of a push rod under spring action, but rather that two separate plungers are provided for the actuation of the rocker of the switch lock, which are arranged in parallel next to each other and can be moved alternately against one of the two arms of the rocker of the key switch by a switchable driver.
- Each of the two plungers has a well-defined task.
- a coupling rocker connecting the two plungers also ensures that only one of the two plungers can be moved in the direction of the rocker of the switch lock, while the other plunger is simultaneously in its starting position for a renewed actuation and thus for switching the rocker of the switch lock is moved back.
- the remote control block 1 shown in the drawing with a magnet system is used in particular for switching motor switches and circuit breakers on and off by means of a current pulse, an electromagnet 2 actuated by the current pulse with its plunger 3 via a rocker switch 4 with a driver 5 pivotably mounted thereon on a rocker 6 acts on the switch lock of a motor or circuit breaker, not shown, known per se.
- the remote control block 1 is designed in such a way that the driver 5 acts alternately on two plungers 8, 9 which are directed parallel to one another and are directed against the two arms 6a, 6b of the rocker 6 of the switching lock and are connected in opposite directions by a coupling rocker 7 and act between the two Tappets 8, 9 can be switched over so that each time the electromagnet 2 is actuated, it moves one of the two plungers 8, 9 into its working position and, after returning to its starting position or into a renewed actuation position, actuates the other plunger accordingly.
- the driver 5 is pivotally mounted at the free end 4b of the rocker switch 4 between the two plungers 8, 9, and each of the two plungers 8, 9 has a lateral actuating lug 8a, 9a projecting out to the carrier 5.
- the lugs 8a, 9a protrude from the two plungers 8, 9 so far to the side that the actuating lug 8a or 9a of the plunger 8 or 9, which moves back into its starting position for renewed actuation, slides along the driver 5 and into it Engagement with the nose 9a and 8a on the opposite, oppositely moving plunger 9 and 8 holds.
- each plunger 8a 9 a spring plunger 8b, 9b directed against the driver 5, which the wedge-shaped driver 5, which is slightly widened towards its free end, during its downward movement or when it falls back into a new starting position pivoted from engagement with the nose 8a or 9a of one plunger 8 or 9 into engagement with the nose 9a or 8a of the other plunger 8 or 9.
- an intermediate position TRIPPED is possible, which occurs when the switch switches off as a result of overcurrent or short-circuit current.
- the remote control block 1 is actuated after such a triggering, the final OFF switch position is always switched first, since with the switch lock of the switch is ready to switch on again.
- the spring plunger 9b of the one plunger 9 is arranged at a distance 9d from the actuating lug 9a which is less than the distance 8d of the spring plunger 8b from the lug 8a of the other plunger 8.
- This smaller distance 9d of the spring plunger 9b has the result that in the RELEASED position of Fig. 3, in which the two plungers 8 and 9 are at a slightly different height, the driver 5 under the action of the spring plunger 9b on the OFF plunger 8 to the system comes and thus, when actuated by the rocker switch 4, always actuates the plunger 8, which causes the switch-off.
- leaf springs or the like can also be used.
- the two plungers 8, 9, which are connected to one another by the coupling rocker 7, are guided parallel to the actuation direction 2a of the electromagnet 2 transversely to the axis of rotation 6c of the rocker 6 of the switch lock in parallel longitudinal guides at a distance from one another, and the coupling rocker 7 is also on the housing 10 of the remote control block 1 between the two plungers 8, 9 pivotally mounted and engages with two end cross pins 7a, 7b in lateral guide slots 8c, 9c on the two plungers 8, 9.
- the rocker switch 4 has a rotary or pivot bearing 4a, which is arranged between the magnetic plunger 3 and the driving end 4b, but closer to the magnetic plunger 3. This ensures that even with a small stroke of the electromagnet 2, a sufficient stroke of the two Tappet 8, 9 for actuating the rocker 6 of the key switch is reached.
- the shift lever or the rocker switch 4 is also spring-loaded between the rotary or pivot bearing 4a and the driving end 4b against the actuating direction 11 of the two plungers 8, 9 by a helical compression spring 12 or the like.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 2 in der EIN-Schaltstellung und
- Fig. 3 in einer Zwischenstellung AUSGELÖST.
