Abstract

The door drive is intended for use with a relatively great number of different elevator cars, different types of sliding doors, and different widths of sliding door panels. The door drive is readily adaptable to different installations merely by appropriate adjusting and conversion work without dismounting the door drive. The door drive is fitted with its supporting structure above the door opening on the roof of the elevator car. A toothed belt serves as a drive for one panel of a sliding door and is trained around a stationary and a positionally changeable deflection roll. The positionally changeable deflection roll can be adapted to each required displacement path of a given door panel by positionally changing a shaft of such deflection roll to a preselected one of a number of fixing holes provided in the supporting structure. The maximum displacement path of the driven panel thus corresponds to the horizontal distance of the axes of the two deflection rolls increased by the radii of the two deflection rolls. Guidance of a connecting joint, arranged at the toothed belt and at a coupling bracket of the door panel, around the deflection rolls results in a gradual starting accelertion and a gradual run-out deceleration when opening or closing the sliding door.

Description

The invention relates to a door drive for a horizontally opening sliding door of an elevator car with at least one endless drive means which is driven by a motor and guided by two deflecting rollers arranged on a supporting structure on the elevator car and at the drive end of which at least one driver is attached to a wing of the sliding door, wherein the door operator can be used for different door leaf widths.

With DE-GM 7044605.8 a multi-part, motor-driven sliding door for an elevator car has become known, in which each door leaf moves half as fast as the door leaf leading it. The drive motor is arranged on the slow-moving door leaf, which drives a chain which is also guided by two deflection chain wheels which are also arranged on the door leaf and to whose drive side a door driver of a leading door leaf is fastened. The disadvantage of this facility is there rin that the mass of the entire door drive must also be moved with each door movement, and that the otherwise limited scope between the elevator car and the elevator shaft must be increased accordingly for the free passage of the door drive motor. Another disadvantage is that a flexible supply line is required to supply the drive motor.

No. 4,149,615 proposes a door drive arranged on the roof of the elevator car, which is suitable for different cars, different types of sliding doors and different door widths. 1 shows a telescopic sliding door equipped with a fast running and a slow running door leaf. The slow-moving door leaf is driven by an endless drive belt that extends across the entire width of the cabin. On the same door wing, a drive device that moves the second door wing at a higher speed is built. The complete door drive device is arranged on a support structure which can be adjusted in the horizontal and vertical direction to match the total length of the elevator car and is connected to the elevator car via damping elements. A disadvantage of this door drive is that the drive device extends practically over the entire width of the elevator car and by more than one on one side when the car opening is closed Door leaf width protrudes beyond the closed door, so that, on the one hand, reworking for the supporting structure to the different cabin widths is necessary and, on the other hand, transport and assembly problems can occur due to the possible large length. In addition, this door drive has no gentle acceleration due to the deflection of the drive means or deceleration when opening or closing the sliding door.

The invention has for its object to propose a drive device for a sliding door, which can be used without reworking for different types of sliding doors, for different sliding door widths and for different elevator cars, only slightly exceeds the width of the widest door leaf and at the same time a gentle start-up acceleration or a gentle exit delay when open or close the sliding door.

This object is achieved by the invention characterized in the claim.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that a single door drive for different cabin sizes, different types of sliding doors and which allows the door leaf to only slightly exceed the width, enables gentle starts and runs different door widths can be used. To adapt to the corresponding door width, one of the two deflection rollers of the drive means must be plugged into the associated hole and the drive means must be replaced or adjusted to the required length. A corresponding belt lock has also been created for the toothed belt serving as the drive means, by means of which the toothed belt can be easily brought to the correct length. The distance between two holes provided for the displaceable deflection roller is always a multiple of the pitch of the toothed belt, so that the toothed belt can be shortened when adapting to a certain door width so that the two belt ends can always be pushed in the middle of a tooth gap with the belt lock .

On the accompanying drawings, an embodiment of the invention is shown, which is explained in more detail below. It shows:
  • Fig. 1 is an elevation of a door operator arranged on the roof of an elevator car.

In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the door drive. An electric motor 2 drives a toothed belt 6 which is deflected about a fixed deflection roller 4 and about a reversible deflection roller 5 via a belt transmission 3. The electric motor 2, the belt transmission 3 and the deflection roller 4, 5 with the toothed belt 6 are built on a common support structure 8. The supporting structure is attached to the roof of the elevator car by holding devices 8.1. A first door leaf 10 with two support rollers 12 and a second indicated door leaf 11 with a support roller 22 are displaceably placed on two parallel running rails 20, 21. A door driver 9 is provided on the first door leaf 10. A connection joint 6.1 arranged on the toothed belt 6 and the door driver 9 are connected to one another in an articulated manner by a driver bracket 7. The toothed belt 6 is connected endlessly by a belt lock 24, which at the same time serves as a stop for limiting the opening movement of the door leaf 10. A corresponding number of fastening holes 13 are provided in the support structure 8 for a number of normalized door leaves 10 for receiving the reversible deflection roller 5. In an attachment hole 13 corresponding to the associated door leaf 10, an axis of rotation 15 carrying the reversible deflection roller 5 is fastened.

The first driven door leaf 10 of a sliding door can be a single leaf of an ordinary single-leaf sliding door, a leaf of a central opening sliding door with two leaves that can be moved in the opposite direction, or the slow-moving leaf of a telescopic sliding door with at least two in the same In the direction of movable door leaves 10, 11. The transmission of the driving forces from the driven door leaf 10 to an associated door leaf 11 takes place in a manner known already and is not shown here. All the drive parts necessary for driving an associated door leaf 10 are constructed on the supporting structure 8 arranged on the roof of the elevator car with the holding devices 8.1. Among other things, the fastening holes 13 for the reversible deflection roller 5 are also provided for all door widths normalized between a leaf width of 600 and 1100 mm. The center distances between the fixed deflection roller 4 and the mounting holes 13 required for receiving the reversible deflection roller 5 correspond approximately to the door leaf width, reduced by the two radii of the fixed and the reversible deflection rollers 4, 5.

The maximum displacement of the driven door leaf 10 is thus the same as the horizontal distance between two vertical tangents placed on the deflection rollers 4, 5 from the outside. By guiding the connecting joint 6.1 of the driving bracket 7 around the curves of the deflection rollers 4, 5 at the beginning and at the end of a door movement, the door wing or doors is gently accelerated when starting and closing when the sliding door is opened or closed. The axis of rotation 15 of the reversible deflection roller 5 can correspond to that of the door leaf width Fastening hole 13 can be inserted to get the right way for the required door movement. With the door drive device remaining the same, the reversible deflection roller 5 alone is to be installed at the correct distance from the fixed deflection roller 4 and a toothed belt 6 having the correct overall length is to be used. This can be done either by an appropriate replacement belt or by shortening the existing toothed belt 6. The normalized door widths have gradations that each correspond to a whole multiple of the pitch of the toothed belt, so that the toothed belt can always be shortened exactly in the middle of a tooth gap if a reduction is required, which is twice the amount of the step. The belt lock provided for the coupling of the two belt ends is designed so that the toothed belt ends must each start with half a tooth gap.
