Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a driver device for elevator doors, the driver device being arranged on a car door of the elevator actuated by a door drive and consisting of two driver curves which are articulatedly connected to a base plate by an upper and a lower double lever, and one on the upper double lever and provided tension spring is provided on the base plate, which holds the driver curves in an open position when taking a shaft door.
Such driver devices have the task of coupling the cabin door and the landing door together in a holding floor so that the landing door can be opened and closed together with the cabin door moved by the door drive.
In a door drive device which has become known, for example, with the European patent application 0 332 841, the driver device consists, similarly to the generic term, of two driver curves which are articulatedly connected to a base plate by an upper and a lower double lever. The driver curves can be pulled apart into an open position by means of a tension spring articulated on the upper double lever and on the base plate, whereby they take the greatest distance from one another. The driver curves can be kept in a closed position by means of a belt-shaped drive means of the door drive, whereby they are at the smallest distance from one another. A coupling roller with a fixed pivot point and a coupling roller with a displaceable pivot point are arranged on the shaft doors for the purpose of transmitting the movement of the cabin door to the respective shaft door, the locking or unlocking of the shaft door being able to be controlled by means of the latter. When the In the closed position, the driver device is guided between the clutch rollers in a closed elevator car without touching them. When the elevator car is retracted on a holding floor and when the door drive motor is switched to the opening direction, the driver curves now located between the clutch rollers are pulled into the open position under the influence of the tension spring, whereby one clutch roller is moved and the shaft door is unlocked.
In the case of the driver device described above, the base plate is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the cabin door and is positioned in such a way that the driver curves are placed in the passage gap between the cabin and the shaft door near the shaft door for the purpose of safely taking the shaft door with it. As a result, the distance between the leading edges of the driver curves and the shaft door sill is relatively small, so that when dynamic tolerances such as e.g. Car movements and static tolerances, such as building displacements, that the driver device can collide with a shaft door sill when the elevator car is traveling. These collisions can lead to malfunctions in elevator operation and damage to parts of the driver device and the shaft door in question.
The invention has for its object to propose a driver device of the type mentioned, in which the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in
The advantages achieved by the invention can be seen in the fact that collisions of the driver device with the shaft door sills are prevented and thus malfunctions in elevator operation and damage to parts of the driver device and the shaft door are avoided.

The
An actuator, for example in the form of a lifting magnet or an electric motor with a spiral spiral, is designated by 38, which is fixedly connected to the base plate (not shown) of the door drive via an
Die vorstehend beschriebene Mitnehmereinrichtung arbeitet wie folgt:The driver device described above works as follows:
During the last part of the closing movement of the cabin and shaft door, the actuating
