The invention relates to a roller shutter with a large number of laterally guided roller shutter profiles which are articulated on one another. Der gesamte Aufbau muß dann vom Rolladen abgenommen werden und erst dann kann die Torsionsfeder nach Abnahme der Endkappen von der Antriebswelle neu gespannt werden. Das zugeordnete Zahnrad 4 ist durch Lösen des mechanischen Befestigungsmittels 41 in Pfeilrichtung über den Umfang des Führungsrohres zum anderen Zahnrad 4 hin verschoben, so daß die zahnartigen Vorsprünge 511 aus den Aufnahmenuten 421 herausgezogen worden sind. Durch das Lösen des mechanischen Befestigungsmittels 41 ist die Endkappe 5 über den sechskantigen Fortsatz 52 und ein in der Zeichnung nicht dargestelltes Verdrehwerkzeug innerhalb des Führungsrohres verdrehbar. Mit dieser Verdrehung wird die in Fig. 2 im Teilschnitt gezeigte Torsionsfeder 7 in ihrem Spannungsverhältnis entsprechend eingestellt.
