Description

The invention relates to a kit for a holding device for curtain walls with cassette-shaped facade elements that are attached to vertical support rails, the wall brackets are fastened to the wall to be clad by means of bolted connections and in which the support rails consist of a cross-sectionally U-shaped base body for, in particular, storey-high hanging cassette elements , on the side legs of which end flanges are formed at right angles on the end section side and are pushed onto the holding rails holding pieces for holding the hanging cassette elements and fastened to the holding rails, which have a U-shaped base body in cross section with a holding web for the hanging cassette elements, on the side legs of which end section the flange flanges are arranged holding flanges which are connected to the flange webs by means of self-drilling screws.

The production of known curtain walls from cassette-shaped facade elements, which can be either floor-high or horizontally panellike, requires a relatively large amount of effort with regard to the holding devices. In the case of storey cassette elements of storey-high design, there is also the problem that, due to assembly and / or suction or pressure due to wind loads, tension is generated in the insert cassette elements, which can lead to warpage of the plate elements, which impairs the optical image of the overall facade. Panel-like cassette-shaped facade elements are usually by means of clasp holders by rivet or screw connections on z. B. fastening rails of the facade substructure attached. The resulting rigid attachment of the panels to the holding rails causes expansions to occur in the event of temperature fluctuations, which can result in the panels being deformed. In addition, the resulting stretching noises are felt to be disadvantageous. For this reason, only relatively short panels with spaced-apart fastening points can be used with the known holding devices.

The object of the invention is to provide a kit for a holding device of the type mentioned, by means of which, compared to known holding devices, both the material requirement and the assembly time are reduced, high mounting cassette elements being stiffened without affecting the external view and long horizontal panel-like cassette-shaped facade elements in one the greatest possible distance from each other can be attached to the mounting rails.

According to the invention, the object is achieved in that connecting elements for fastening the one holding rail to another holding rail can be fastened at the edge of each holding rail, two generally L-shaped stiffening brackets to be fastened to the rear of the vertical hanging cassette element on its side webs by means of rivet connections or the like are provided, on the free legs facing away from the side legs, a holding rail is arranged, on which longitudinally displaceable adhesive holders are mounted, the holding surfaces of which are designed as an adhesive layer abut the back of the faceplate of the hanging cassette element, or, in the case of horizontally arranged cassette-shaped panels, a sliding piece with the upper edge section of the one Panels are firmly connected and are loosely connected to the lower edge section of the following upper panel by hanging in and laterally displaceably connected by means of a bracket holder which is connected by means of a screw or rivet connection is connected to a holding rail for holding the building cladding.

On the holding rails 4, holding pieces 11 can be fastened which have holding members 13 for holding the hanging cassette element 2 (FIG. 1).

The holding rails 4 consist of a cross-sectionally U-shaped base body 5, on the side limbs 6, 7 of which end flanges 8, 9 are integrally formed at the end section side.

The holding pieces 11 have in cross section a likewise U-shaped base body 12, on the side legs 14, 15 of which the flange webs 8, 9 spanning holding flanges 16, 17 are formed on the end section side. On the outer surfaces 18 of the side legs 6, 7, a vertical stop 18 is formed on the end section side (FIG. 2). A raised profile projection serves as the stop 18. The holding pieces 11 are connected to the flange webs 8, 9 by means of self-drilling screws 19.

Each connecting member 10 consists of a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile body 20, which is connected to the connection of two holding rails 4 at their end sections 21, 22 to their base body 5 and is connected to the latter by means of rivets 23 or the like.

The wall holder 3 is generally U-shaped in cross section, one side leg 25 of which is elastically deformable and oriented at a small angle to the other side leg 24. As a result, the side legs 24, 25 of the wall holder 3 abut the base body 5 with a clamping effect. The side legs 24, 25 are connected to the base body 5 by means of rivets 23.

In the side legs 14, 15 of the base body 12 of the holding piece 11, an opening 27 is formed for the horizontal mounting of a mandrel 28 as a holding member 13 for the hanging cassette elements 2.

The end portions 32, 33 of the mandrel 28 are passed through the side legs 14, 15 and extend to the inner surfaces 34, 35 of the side legs 6, 7. This prevents the mandrel 28 from being inserted into the holding rail 4 from the holding piece 11 Holding piece 11 can fall out.

In the present holding device 1, the side legs of the relevant U-shaped profile body can be reduced to a static minimum. The assembly can be carried out using standard self-drilling screws. Press tolerances in the kit elements are compensated for by the positive guidance with the holding piece 11. The holding pieces 11 can be attached prior to the assembly of the vertical U-shaped holding rails 4 or subsequently, so that additional holding pieces 11 can also be attached subsequently. It is also possible to change holding pieces 11 that have already been installed.

The arrangement of the vertical holding rails 4 results in a material saving of approximately 40%. The mandrels 28 can be easily cut, which saves further assembly time. The holding device 1 according to the invention is therefore particularly suitable for quick assemblies in which the costs are to be limited.

The hanging cassette elements 2 can be attached to the holding device 1 in a simple manner. For this purpose, L-shaped slot-like recesses 31 are formed on the hanging cassette elements 2 on the edge. A mandrel 28 is then inserted into each of these recesses 31 during assembly. After releasing the hanging cassette elements 2, a mandrel 28 lies in a recess 28, while at least one further mandrel 28, but usually two mandrels 28, are vertically displaceably mounted in the vertical slot 36 of the recess 31. As a result, the hanging cassette element 2 is arranged in a fixed position.

In the side webs 39, 40, recesses 31 are formed with vertical slots 36, which are used to fasten the hanging cassette element 2 to a holding device 1, as is shown schematically in FIG. 8. The holding device 1 consists of a holding member 13 which is connected to a holding rail 4 which can be attached to a wall to be clad. A mandrel 28 is arranged in the holding member 13, which can each be guided into a recess 31 and the associated vertical slot 36. At the upper and lower edge portions of the faceplate 37, a bevel 41, 42 is formed such that a gap 43 is created between the hanging cassette elements 2 when the hanging cassette elements 2 are arranged one above the other, which enables the ventilation of the cassette facade (FIG. 4).

A stiffening device 44 is arranged on the rear side 38 of the viewing plate 37 of each hanging cassette element 2. This consists of two stiffening brackets 45, which are attached to the side webs 39, 40. A holding rail 46, on which adhesive holders 47 are arranged, is pushed onto the stiffening holder 45.

In Fig. 5, the bracing device 44 is shown in an enlarged detail in the diagram. The stiffening holder 45 is L-shaped in cross section and can be fastened with its holding leg 48 to one of the side webs 39, 40. An adhesive layer 54 is arranged on the outer surface 51 of the holding leg 48 during assembly. The attachment of the holding leg 48 to the Side web 39, 40 either takes place only via rivet connections 50 or the like, or else by means of the adhesive layer 54, wherein a rivet connection 50 can also be provided. The free leg 49 of the stiffening holder 45 consists of two leg sections 55, 56, of which one leg section 5 is formed on the holding leg 48. The leg section 56 is set back to the outer surface 57 of the leg section 55. The resulting paragraph 75 serves as a limitation for the holding rail 46. In the installed state, the outer surfaces 51, 57 of the holding leg 48 and the leg portion 55 abut the hanging cassette element 2.

On one side leg 60 of the base profile 58, a stiffening profile 61 is formed, which is L-shaped in cross section. Furthermore, a bead-shaped projection 62 is formed on the side leg 60, against which the holding profiles 63 of the adhesive holders 47 rest (FIG. 4).

The adhesive holders 47 consist of an adhesive plate 64 with an adhesive layer 65 facing the rear side 38 of the faceplate 37 of the hanging cassette element, on the surface of which the adhesive layer 65 is applied, a holding profile 63 is formed. The holding profile 63 is L-shaped in cross section. On the free end section 66 of the narrow web 68 of the holding profile 63, a bead-shaped projection 69 directed toward the adhesive plate 64 is formed, which protrudes against the side leg 60 when the adhesive holder 47 is pushed onto the basic profile 58 of the holding rail 46. The inner corner section 70 formed by the wide web 67 and narrow web 68 is preferably profiled in such a way that it rests on the projection 62 of the basic profile 58 when the adhesive holder 47 is pushed onto the basic profile 58 of the holding rail 46 (FIG. 7).

The section of a building cladding shown in FIG. 8 shows two panels 104, 105 which are fastened to a vertical holding rail 110 by means of a holding device 101. The holding device 101 consists of a sliding part 102 and a bracket holder 103. The sliding part 102 is firmly connected to the upper edge section 106 of the lower panel 104 by means of screw or rivet connections 109. The lower edge section 107 of the following upper panel 105 can be loosely connected to the sliding part 102 by hanging. The mounting bracket 103 is laterally displaceably mounted on the sliding part 102 and is connected by means of screw or rivet connections 108 to the holding rail 110 for holding the building cladding.

As shown in more detail in FIG. 10, the sliding part 102 consists of a first holding flange 111 and a second holding flange 112 arranged parallel to the first holding flange 111 at a distance from the first holding flange 111. The holding flanges 111, 112 are connected on one side by means of a transverse web 113. A profile body 114 is formed on the retaining flanges 111, 112 applied to this. The profile body 114 consists of a central web 115 connected to the transverse web 113, on which a profiled thickening 116 is formed on the end section side and projects beyond the central web 115 on both sides. An edge web 117, which is aligned in the horizontal plane of the cross web 113, is also formed on the cross web 113 so that it protrudes beyond the first holding flange 111. A spacer web 119 is formed on the free end section 118 of the first holding flange 111 at right angles to the second holding flange 112. The end section 120 of the second holding flange 112 and the end section of the spacer web 119 are rounded. Furthermore, the inner surface 121 of the second holding flange 112 has a sliding surface 123 oriented at an angle to the outer surface 122. This facilitates the insertion of the respective lower edge section 107 of the panel 105 into the sliding part 102.

Openings 124 for screw or rivet connections 109 are formed in the first holding flange 111 of the sliding part 102. Two openings 124 are used for fastening. As shown in FIGS. 3a to 3c, the openings 124 marked with c and d are used in an end bracket. In the case of a fixed holder, the screw or rivet connections 109 are made through openings 124, which are marked b and c. The openings 124 marked with the letters a and d are used for a central holder. While only one sliding part 102 is used in the fixed holder, an agraffe holder 103 is also used in the end holder and in the middle holder, which will be described in more detail below.

The clasp holder 103 has a holding flange 125, on the lower edge section 126 of which a profile body 127 is formed (FIG. 2). The profile body 127 consists of an L-shaped leg 128 molded onto the holding flange 125, the end web 129 of which, like the lower edge section 130 of the holding flange 125, has thickenings 131, 132 facing one another. The thickenings 131, 132 are designed such that when the agraffe holder 103 is pushed onto the profile body 114 of the sliding part 102, the thickenings 131, 132 engage under the profiled thickening 116 of the profile body 114. Two openings 133 are formed in the holding flange 125 and are used for screw or rivet connections 108.

The holding device described enables larger panels with a length of z. B. 6000 mm and a width of z. B. 600 mm in the workshop quickly prepared at the construction site assemble. Wide-span horizontal distances between the holding rails 110 are ensured. The material thickness can thus be used to the maximum. In the case of an integer grid, it is also possible to preassemble the bracket holder 103. Aligning each panel 104, 105 is relatively simple, since the central part can be fixed without a load in the hand. Any disassembly of the cladding that may be required is also simplified. In order to prevent noise on the sliding surfaces of the profile bodies 114, 127, it is possible to provide the sliding surfaces with a coating. The manufacture of the agraffe holder 103 and the disk part 102 is relatively simple and can, for. B. done by extrusion. An aluminum alloy is particularly suitable as the material.
