Abstract
Description
gemäß Anspruch 10.The invention relates to a fastening system according to the preamble
of claim 1 or a facade system
according to
Known facade systems for buildings consist of vertical running posts and horizontally running transoms, can be attached to the facade elements. The mullions and transoms preferably consist of frame profiles, they are known, for example, from EP-A-0 722 022. The known frame profiles have end faces Contact surfaces against which the facade elements for Plant come. To the facade elements in their respective To fix position, the frame profiles have one in the Contact surface running parallel to the frame profile Channel whose width is about the core diameter of one to be screwed into this channel as a fastening element Fastening screw corresponds. As facade elements aluminum or plastic composite panels and glass panes used.
It is known to form the posts and transoms Frame elements to be welded together or by screwed or welded contra-angles together connect to. Such a welded joint or Screw connection is very time consuming on the construction site and requires high precision. For screw connections the holes in the brackets with the holes be precisely aligned in the mullions and transoms.
EP-A-0 181 285 bekannt.Connections, especially between bars and Bar holders are also from WO-A-8706291 or EP-A-0 181 285 known.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe dienen die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.The invention is therefore based on the object a fastening system for a facade system specify where a fast, reliable and enables cost-effective connection of mullions and transoms becomes. The features are used to solve this task of claim 1.
The invention advantageously provides that an im Cross-sectional profile of the bolt adapted to the bolt holder first fixed the post in the desired position becomes. The bolt can then be pushed onto the bolt holder become. The latch holder has one in the area of Channel of the bolt parallel to this extending cavity. For fastening the bolt to the bolt holder at least one fastening screw is in the channel screwed in, the fixing screw the bottom of the channel penetrates and into the walls of the transom holder penetrates.
The invention therefore enables bars without pre-drilling and quickly and without a previously made threaded hole easy to attach to a latch holder. Due to the The fastening screw can narrow the channel support with great force at the narrow point, whereby the Screw easily penetrates through the steel floor of the channel. A major advantage is that the at least one fastening screw not on one specific point of the channel in the area of the transom holder must be screwed in and that the connection is insensitive against an oblique screwing. Because the at least one fastening screw both the bottom of the Penetrates channel as well as a wall of the bolt holder, that is part of a cavity, the two parts connected with prestress.
The latch holder preferably has at least two parallel to the wall or the cavity and the channel of the bolt extending guide holes for the Attach the transom holder to the post required Upright screws on. The latch holder can, for example with the help of templates on the post be positioned and with the help of in the guide holes led Post screws are attached in the correct position.
In a preferred development of the invention provided that the latch holder at least two themselves extending parallel to the cavity and the guide bores Has support surfaces that at two to each other right-angled wall elements of the transom, namely the upper horizontal and the rear vertical Fit wall element. The essentially strip-shaped allow support surfaces running parallel to the transom an exact positioning of the bolt even in the Case in which the fastening screws for the latch are imprecise are positioned.
The walls of the frame profile form a cross section closed profile, so that from the frame profiles formed post and transom a high stability and Have resilience. The cross section of the canal extends towards the latch holder up to Bottom of the canal.
The bottom of the channel preferably runs parallel to Contact surface, but can also have a V-shaped cross section be bulged at the back.
Preferably remains between the latch holder and the Bottom of the channel a free space.
The bar holder can be made from a continuous cast profile be. The bar holder preferably consists of Aluminum.
The fastening screw for the latch can be made from a tapered thread screw, with the thread up continued into the tip or from a self-drilling screw with a drill tip or from a thread cutting Screw exist.
