Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an improved shoe in particular for the practice of a sport.
  • the shoe comfortably protects the foot, ensures support on the ground as well as a static of the body and a maintenance in line as perfect as possible, contributes to a grip on the ground allowing momentum without slipping and requires only a minimum consumption of energy for its folding and its adaptation to the morphological evolution of the foot during the race.
  • GB-A-2 037 569 describes a shoe in which the sole before mounting at rest has a raised end from 20 to 27 °. However, this is not so that the finished shoe itself has a raised end. Indeed, when mounting the upper on the sole, it is flattened, for the sole purpose that it is prestressed to reduce the bending force and thus the risk of breakage or cracking which may appear during use. of the shoe.
  • the sole assembly is strongly folded between the outsole and the camber so that the toe is raised from 40 to 65 °, preferably 55 °, when the shoe rests on the ground by its heel and its metatarsophalangeal joint and so, during the race, the shod foot rolls up like a tire.
  • the upper is limited to a forefoot and a buttress which are bordered by transverse "guarantors" and between which the foot is free, a lacing passing through the eyelets of these guarantors to extend between them against the foot and keep them close together without Tightening.
  • the lacing has two lower strands extending along the foot and two upper strands crossed on the instep.
  • the shoe has a rod 1 mounted on a sole assembly 2.
  • the sole assembly 2 has a outsole 3 connected by a camber 4 to a heel 5.
  • the outsole 3 s 'extends under the tip of the foot from the tips of the fingers to the metatarsophalangeal joint 6.
  • the sole assembly 2 is strongly folded at the location of the metatarsophalangeal joint 6 so that the toe 20 is raised when the shoe rests on the ground by its heel 5 and the rib 19
  • the sole 3 at the end of the foot forms with the ground an angle A equal to 55 ° and with the camber 4 an angle B equal to 115 °.
  • the angle A can vary between 40 and 65 ° and the angle B between 100 and 140 °.
  • the sole 3 is curved slightly convex.
  • a hinge 21 is arranged along this joint and preferably formed by thinning the sole assembly (FIG. 2).
  • the rod 1 is limited to a forefoot 20 and a buttress 22 bordered by transverse guards 23 and 24 respectively. Between these guarantors, the shoe is limited to sole assembly 2 so that the ventilation of the foot is total and that any foreign product (water, sand, gravel, grass ...) which could enter it cannot remain there by trapping of the upper and in addition, does not risk injuring the underside of the foot since the supports are made by the heel and the end of said foot.
  • guarantors 23 and 24 are provided with eyelets 25 and 26 respectively for the establishment of a lacing extending against the foot between the forefoot 20 and the buttress 22 of the shoe.
  • this lacing is established so as to limit them in a state of maximum remoteness to prevent the foot from coming off during the race and, however, to allow the foot to articulate and the shoe to follow while rolling up without energy consumption, due to the removal of any deformation. It is therefore a lacing that can play during the race without risk of loss of the shoe.
  • the lacing is conventional and extends across the instep, because the rod is complete.
  • the lacing is different since, according to a particular and advantageous characteristic, the rod is limited to the forefoot 21 and to the buttress 22.
  • the lacing comprises, on the one hand, two lower strands 27, 28 extending along the foot on each side of it and, on the other hand, two strands upper 29, 30 crossed on the instep, surrounding the ankle above.
  • the strands 27 to 30 pass through the eyelets 25 of the front guard 23 in a sinuous manner to form a brake, while these strands pass through only one or two eyelets 26 of the rear guard 24 to form behind the buttress 22 kinds of flanges 31 and 32 being able to play and held in place through a tie rod 33.
  • the lacing does not hamper the deformation of the shoe, but at rest it maintains the forefoot 21 and the buttress 22 against the foot so that it can not take off unexpectedly.
  • this requires adjusting the tightening of the lace, the two ends of which are connected for this purpose by a rosette 34.
  • the lacing comprises the two aforementioned lower strands 27, 28 and two upper strands 35, 36 extending, like the previous ones, on both sides of the foot without crossing each other.
  • This arrangement is also suitable although the strands 35 and 36 are not crossed, but it is obvious that the previous arrangement ( Figure 4) is preferable.
  • this lace 27, 28, 35, 36 (FIG. 5) is mounted, relatively to the forefoot 21 and the buttress 22, like the lace 27 to 30.
