Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shoe comprising a part at least partially surrounding and holding the foot in place, a first, a sole, between the first and the sole, a filling, between the foot and the sole, an elastic shank in the form of propeller for blocking the sole of the foot inside the shoe, the rear part of the shank being raised towards the inside of the shoe and the front part of the shank being raised towards the outside of the shoe.
  • the present invention aims to improve such a shoe to improve the propulsion of the foot.
  • the present invention relates to a shoe of the type defined above, characterized in that it is provided, to improve the propulsion of the foot, a difference in level between the anterior-internal part and the postero-external part of the shank.
  • the anterior end portion of the shank is inclined downward relative to the vertical axis to facilitate the role of leverage that the anterior end portion would naturally play of the foot, and more precisely the metatarsals.
  • Figs. 1 and 2 represent a shoe comprising an upper 1, almost entirely surrounding the lower part of the foot, a sole 2, intended to be in contact with the ground, a quarter 3, made in one piece and surrounding the upper part of the foot , a toe 4 surrounding the front end of the foot, two head-to-tail clamping tongues, 5 and 6, operating in the instep region, a clamping tongue 7 operating in the heel region, the fastener tabs 5, 6, 7 can be made for example by self-adhesive strips, in particular of the type of the registered trademark Velcro.
  • the shoe also includes, not shown, a first, intended to be in contact with the sole of the foot, a filling containing a shank, located between the first and the sole 2.
  • the quarter, the upper and the toe can be made of any suitable material, for example leather, skin, fabric.
  • the sole can, for example, be made of rigid rubber.
  • the sole 2, shown in FIG. 3, may include, at its lower part, different sculpted zones so as to ensure better grip and better grip of the shoe on the ground. It includes in particular a zone 10, located at the front of the sole, under the toes, comprising square cleats, intended to promote grip by the toes, a zone 11, located approximately in the middle of the sole, in the longitudinal direction, and at its external part, comprising voluminous semi-spherical cleats, intended to ensure an elasticity effect between the foot and the ground, a zone 12, situated behind zone 11, on the external side, comprising serrated crampons, directed forwards and intended to facilitate braking and to prevent slipping in front of the shoe, a zone 13, located behind zone 12, in the external region of the heel, comprising section crampons triangular, intended to facilitate the orientation of the heel in all directions, three zones 14, 15, 16, located respectively in the region of the heel, of the metatarsophalangeal joint and of the big toe, consisting of bowls with circular beads comprising of back
  • the shank 20 located between the first and the sole, in the filling of the shoe described above. It consists of a bean-shaped plate extending from the heel to the metatarsals, approximately, and rigid enough to ensure the solidity of the shoe and avoid its medial break. Slightly wider at the front than at the rear, it is twisted in the form of a helix, so as to help, block, especially forward, and propel the foot during walking or running. Its posterior part 20c, in the region of the heel, is raised towards the inside (fig. 6c) of the shoe, and its front part 20a (fig. 6a), in the region of the metatarsals, is raised towards the outside, its central part 20b (fig. 6b) being approximately flat.
  • the shank according to the present invention in addition to its function of strengthening the shoe, helps the foot when walking, the movements of the foot then being first of all a rotation about a horizontal axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the foot, and then a rotation around the longitudinal horizontal axis of the foot.
  • anterior end portion 20f of the shank is inclined downward, with respect to the anterior-internal / postero-external unevenness axis, and from a curved line 20g, to facilitate the role of leverage that would naturally play the anterior end part of the foot, and more precisely the metatarsals.
  • the two anterior 22 and posterior 21 parts formed respectively by parts 20a, 20d and 20c, 20e, and constituting the shank, are respectively domed in opposite directions, the front part 22 upwards and the rear part 21 downwards.
