- plasticizers are often equipped with a film cutter actuated at the end of the seeded row, the free cut of the laid film, like that which will start the next row after the seed drill is turned, are free or left free and the film is thus not held on the ground by its edges which are buried or covered in a hurry and manually with a little soil to keep them on the ground.
