Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sports shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a sports shoe is known from US-PS 23 02 471.
- a kind of flat-head screw is inserted from the inside through the sole of the shoe, and a pressure and locking washer is fastened by means of a nut to the threaded shaft projecting outside.
- a conical gripping element is also screwed onto the protruding threaded shaft, which has teeth on the underside which, with gripping tabs pressed out of the pressure disk, result in a snap-in connection when screwing onto the sole of the shoe.
- the pressure disc is provided with tooth anchors on the outside that cut into the sole of the shoe.
- a threaded sleeve is formed in a blind hole in the cap for the purpose of anchoring the cap made of deformable material, such as rubber, on the threaded shaft.
- the continuous flat-head screw causes a considerable weakening of the sole, which can tear at the edges of the hole if it is deformed many times. A similar effect is caused by the pointed tooth anchors of the pressure disc that cut into the sole. A special threaded sleeve in the cap is also necessary.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a sports shoe of the type mentioned at the outset with few and economically producible means in such a way that the sole cannot be torn, broken or broken off prematurely. Nevertheless, a good anchoring of the gripping elements on the sole should be possible and the caps should be removable from them without destroying or damaging the threaded pins.
- DE-OS 25 42 116 discloses a gripping element in the form of a customary screw-in stud which can additionally be screwed onto a flat threaded pin of the sole by means of an internal thread.
- the latter threaded pin is cylindrical.
- the gripping elements should expediently be conical, this creates a thin area in the region of the end of the threaded pin in the stud wall, which can cause the stud to break off, particularly in cold weather and correspondingly rigid material.
- a shoe sole in particular the outsole of a sports shoe, for example a soccer, hockey or field handball shoe.
- This generally consists of a single part made of injection-molded or cast plastic, such as polyurethane, polyethylene, polyimide, hexamethylene diamine adipic acid polycondensate or the like, and extends over the entire sole, that is to say from the tip to the heel of the shoe.
- heel and sole part can also consist of two separate parts.
- the shoe sole or the sole part and the heel are provided with pins 2, which preferably consist of this or of a single component.
- the pins 2 can also be inserted or advantageously molded as individual pins, optionally with pronounced flanges, into the sole 1 or into the sole part and heel, and they can then consist of harder material than the shoe sole 1 or the sole part and Paragraph.
- a thread 4 in particular a multi-start thread, preferably a short or steep thread, is formed on the outer jacket 3 of the pin 2 and consists only of partial threads.
- the partial threads preferably amount to about 25% to 50% of a complete thread, so that the caps 5 or cap parts 5a, which will be described below, can be locked with the short or steep thread in the manner of a quick-release fastener.
- Caps 5 or Cap parts 5a screwed on with a corresponding counter thread.
- the threads 5 are preferably formed as rectangular or trapezoidal threads. At least the flanks 6 of the thread 4 facing the shoe sole 1 are advantageously arranged parallel or at least approximately parallel to the sole plane 7 in order to achieve a high screw-on strength.
- Interacting locking surfaces are advantageously provided on the shoe sole 1 and on the caps 5 and on the cap parts 5a on the contact surfaces 8, 9 (FIG. 2) in order to prevent the screw connection from loosening during play.
- This is done by the locking elements 10, 11 (FIG. 2) provided there, preferably in the form of saw teeth, and the tooth flanks which act as ramp surfaces 12, 13 when screwing on are expediently less inclined to the plane of the sole 7 than the tooth flanks acting as locking surfaces 14, 15.
- the torque for locking when unscrewing is reduced and for unlocking when unscrewing is increased. Self-loosening is practically impossible.
- engagement surfaces for a tool for example an external polygon, projections or recesses 16, are provided on the cap 5 or on the cap part 5a.
- this can be made of an abrasion-resistant plastic, such as hard PVC, hard polyurethane, polyethylene, polycarbonate or the like, or of metal, such as aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, steel or ceramic, such as steatite, aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, corundum, and optionally with an organic or inorganic binder. It can also consist of plastic, glass, metal or carbon fiber reinforced plastic or / and abrasion-resistant particles of metal or ceramic can be mixed into the plastic or embedded in the stressed areas, preferably pressed into it.
- an abrasion-resistant plastic such as hard PVC, hard polyurethane, polyethylene, polycarbonate or the like
- metal such as aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, steel or ceramic, such as steatite, aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, corundum, and optionally with an organic or inorganic binder.
- It can also consist of plastic, glass, metal or carbon fiber reinforced plastic or / and abrasion-resistant particles of metal or ceramic can be
- the cap 5 can also, as the drawing shows, consist of a cap part 5a and the actual wear-resistant gripping body 17.
- the pin 2 and the gripping body 17 are advantageously designed as a truncated cone.
- the gripping body 17 then has the shape of a plate or an overlapping bell applied to the truncated cone.
- the cap part 5a is expediently kept somewhat softer, in particular it can be made of plastic and therefore be somewhat more elastic than the gripping body 17, so that a simple latching friction is possible.
- Cap part 5a and gripping body 17 are connected to one another by latching and / or centering elements, for example bolts 18 and bore 19, and optionally additionally glued. In principle, however, it is also possible to directly mold the gripping body 17 during the manufacture of the cap part 5a.
Description
Kappenteil in gestreckter bzw. abgewickelter Darstellung.
