Claims (6)
- Schneidvorrichtung für kreisförmige Rohre geringer, mittlerer und starker Dicke, die durch Leimen mehrerer Streifen aus Faser-, Zellulose-, Metall- oder Plastikwerkstoff oder ganz allgemein aus Streifenmaterial mit Hilfe einer Spiralwickel-, Formungs- oder Extrudiervorrichtung hergestellt werden, und zumindest eine Schneideinheit besitzt, gekennzeichnet durch einen festen Dorn (2), auf dem das aus einer Spiralwikkel-, einer Formungs- oder Extrudiervorrichtung hervorgebrachte kreisförmige Rohr (4) frei drehbar ist und der mit der Schneideinheit zusammenarbeitet, die gebildet ist aus:- einem Hebelpaar (45), das um eine Achse (46) schwenkbar ist, die an einem seiner Enden (47) liegt und von mit dem Gehäuse verbundenen Lagern (48) gehalten wird, wogegen das andere Ende (49) derselben Lager (45) durch eine Achse (50) mit einem Kolben (51) eines Zylinders (52) verbunden ist, der durch Hin- und Herbewegen den Vorschub einer Schneide mit zweifacher Zuschärfungsfläche (43) in Richtung des festen Dorns (2) bewirkt, wobei die Schneide (43) mit einem Schieberad (54) versehen ist, das mit diesem drehfest verbunden ist, und wobei die Schneide (43) und das Schieberad (54) auf einer Achse (44) sitzen, die zwischen den Achsen (46) und (50) liegt; - einem Zylinder (58), dessen Kolben (57) mit einer Sperrung (56) versehen ist, die mit dem Schieberad (54) zusammenarbeitet, um die Schneide (43) zum Zeitpunkt des Schnittes in der Drehung zu sperren und um ihr eine partielle Drehung zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schnitten zu verleihen;- Schmiereinrichtungen (60) bestehend aus einer an einem Ende des ÖI- oder Schmierkreises (62) angeordneten Schmierdüse (61) und antreibenden Gegenrollen (8, 9), die von einer Motor-Getriebe-Kombination mit veränderlicher Drehzahl (30) einer Drehbewegung ausgesetzt werden, die mit der Drehgeschwindigkeit des kreisförmigen Rohres (4) synchronisiert ist, und die letztere beiderseits der Schnittlinie (87) ohne Belastung des festen Doms (2) antreiben.
- 2. Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest einen Schneidhalter (83), der auf zumindest einem regelbaren Träger (81) gleitend geführt wird, der entweder mit einem beweglichen Tisch (63) oder mit einem beweglichen Schlitten (91) fest verbunden ist, wobei die Verschiebung des beweglichen Tisches (63) oder des beweglichen Schlittens (91) durch Antriebsmittel gewährleistet wird, die aus einer Motor-Getriebe-Kombination mit veränderlicher Drehzahl (74) bestehen, deren Wellen (75) mit einer Schraube (76) versehen ist, auf der eine Mutter (77) beweglich geführt wird, die mit dem beweglichen Tisch (63) oder dem Schlitten (91) verbunden ist.
- 3. Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für jede Gegenrolle (8,9), die eine mit einem haftenden Überzug versehene Seele darstellt, ein Hebelpaar (14, 15) aufweist, das um eine Drehachse (25) drehbar ist, die aus einer Zwischenwelle (22) gebildet ist, die über ein Vorgelege (18, 19) an der Welle (10, 11) liegt, auf der die Gegenrolle (8, 9) eingesetzt ist, wobei die Gegenrollen (8, 9) durch Antriebsmittel angetrieben werden, die aus einer Motor-Getriebe-Kombination mit veränderlicher Drehzahl (30) bestehen, deren Welle (29) mit einer Antriebseinrichtung (28) versehen ist, durch die über eine zentrale Ubertragung (27) ein drehfest von der Zwischenwelle (22) geführtes Teil (26) angetrieben wird.
- 4. Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeicnet, dass sie zum Anlegen der beiden Gegenrollen (8, 9) an den Aussenumfang (5) des kreisförmigen Rohres (4) oder demgegenüber zum Unterbrechen des Kontaktes zwischen den beiden Gegenrollen (8, 9) und dem Aussenumfang (5) des kreisförmigen Rohres (4) einen Zylinder (31, 32) aufweist, der zwischen jeden Hebel (14, 15) und dem Gehäuse eingeschoben ist, wobei der Kolben (33, 34) über einen Gelenkbolzen (35, 36) mit einer an jedem Hebel (14, 15) liegenden Abdeckung (37, 38) verbunden ist, während das Ende (39, 40) über einen Gelenkbolzen (41, 42) mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist, wobei ein Zylinder (88) zwischen den beiden Hebeln (14, 15) eingeschoben und mit zwei gegengesetzt wirkenden Kolben (89,90) versehen ist.
- 5. Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenrollen (8, 9) eine derartige Breite besitzen, dass sie beiderseits der Schnittlinie (87) des kreisförmigen Rohres (4) den Antrieb gewährleistet.
- 6. Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Tisch (63), der auf den Gleitschienen (64, 65) gleitend geführt wird, deren Enden (66 bis 69) von den fest mit dem Gehäuse verbundenen Ständern (70 bis 73) gehalten werden, eine Schneideinheit und eine Gegenrolleneinheit (8, 9) aufweist, wogegen der bewegliche Schlitten (91), der sich aus den beiden Ständern (92, 93) zusammensetzt, die senkrecht zum festen Dorn (2) angeordnet sind, dessen Enden (94, bis 97) mit Lagerbüchsen (98 bis 101) versehen sind, die gleitend auf den Gleitschienen (102, 103) geführt werden, die von den mit dem Gehäuse fest verbundenen Ständern (104 bis 107) gehalten werden, mehrere Schneideinheiten aufweist, die mit den sich über die gesamte Breite des beweglichen Schlittens (91) erstreckenden Gegenrollen (8, 9) oder mit mehreren Gegenrollen (81, 82, 83, 84...) zusammenarbeiten.
