Claims (8)

1. Schneidevorrichtung für Maschinen zur kontinuierlichen Formgebung von gewickelten Gegenständen, wie Wickelrohren, die einer Drehbewegung unterworfen werden und mittels Bändern aus fibrösen, zellulosehaltigen, metallischen oder anderen Materialien hergestellt werden, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung aus zwei Schneideelementen (66, 67) besteht, die praktisch übereinander an einer Klappbaren Schutzhaube (40) befestigt sind, die aus zwei Scheiben (44, 45) gebildet wird. Der Trennfaden (70, 72) verlagert sich entsprechend dem Kipparm (74, 79), dessen Zentrum (75) der Mittelpunkt eines Gelenks (41) ist, das sich einerseits an einem Ende der Schutzhaube (40) befindet, die sich um dieses Gelenk (41) neigt, und andererseits an einem der Endpunkte (42) einer Gabel (22), deren Einstellung im Verhältnis zur Schutzhaube (40) mittels einer Regelung durch Regelschrauben (63, 64) kontrolliert wird, die sich auf Gewinden (61, 62) bewegen, die auf den Endstücken (53, 54) einer Achse (52) angebracht sind, die zwischen den Seitenflächen (23, 24) der Gabel (22) an dem Einbauplatz des Gelenks (41) eingebaut ist und die Fortbewegung einer Nabe (43) bewirkt, die sich zwischen den Scheiben (44, 45) der Schutzhaube (40) auf der Achse (52) befindet. Der andere Endpunkt (32) der Gabel (22) ist mittels einer Gelenkachse (33) an den Endpunkt (34) eines Zylinders (35) gekoppelt, dessen Endpunkt (36) des Kolbens (37) mit einer Gelenkachse (38) an den gegenüberliegenden Endpunkt (39) der mit einem Gelenk (41) ausgestatteten Schutzhaube (40). Das erste Schneideelement (66) besitzt einen Schnittverlauf (67), der nicht ganz so tief (68) in die Wandstärke (69) des sich drehenden Wickelrohrs (4) reicht wie der des zweiten Schneideelements (67), das die genannte Wand des Wickelrohrs (4) ganz trennt.
2. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trennfaden (70) des ersten Schneideelements (66) einen Kipparm (74) umfasst, dessen Radius (73) um den Mittelpunkt (75) des Gelenks (41) kleiner ist als die Entfernung (77) zwischen dem genannten Mittelpunkt (75) und dem Innendurchmesser (78) des Wickelrohrs (4).
3. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Fussplatte (8) mit einer Nut (10) besitzt, die auf einer Schiene (2) gleitet, die plan auf dem Gestell (1) der formgebenden Maschine aufliegt. Diese Fussplatte bietet Möglichkeiten zum Feststellen (17, 18), mit denen die Schneideeinrichtung (7) im Verhältnis zur Gleitschiene (2) in Position gebracht werden kann.
4. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 ist gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie eine Regelungsvorrichtung (31) zur Positionierung des Schneideapparats (1) gegenüber dem Wickelrohr (4) aufweist.
5. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidelemente (66, 71) mit Regeleinrichtungen (107 bis 110) für die Schneidelemente (66, 71) gegenüber der mittleren Oberfläche (65) ausgerüstet sind. Sie bestehen aus Regelungsradchen (109, 110), die sich auf Gewinden (107, 108) einer Achse (95) bewegen, die zwischen den Scheiben (44, 45) der Schutzhaube (40) eingebaut sind und eine Bewegung der Naben (89, 100) der Schneidelemente (66, 71) bewirken, die einen Trennfaden (70, 72) tragen, die sich beide in der gleichen Trennebene befinden.
6. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 5 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Schneidelement (66) und/oder das zweite Schneidelement (71) Regelungsmöglichkeiten besitzen (107 bis 110).
7. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein erstes Schneidelement (66) trägt, das fixiert ist oder in rotativer Form beweglich ist.
8. Die Schneidevorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, das sie Schneidelemente (66, 71) trägt, die fixiert oder in rotativer Form beweglich sind.
