Claims (11)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohren aus Pappe durch schraubenförmiges Aufwickeln eines Papierstreifens oder von mehreren sich teilweise überlappenden gegeneinander querversetzten, eine Bahn bildenden Papierstreifen (25) um einen an einem Dornhalter (17) angeordneten festen Dorn (8) herum durch Drehantrieb des sich bildenden Rohres (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, dem zwischen der gemeinsamen Abwickelungsrichtung (y) der besagten Papierstreifen und der Längsachse (x) des besagten Dornes (8) eingeschlossenen Wickelungswinkel (a) der besagten Papierstreifen automatisch und vorzugsweise fortlaufend zu regeln durch die Messung des jeweiligen Wickelungswinkels, durch Vergleich des derart gemessenen Wertes des jeweiligen Winkels mit einem Sollwert des besagten Winkels und durch die Steuerung einer Winkelverschiebung der besagten gemeinsamen Abwickelungsrichtung (y) der besagten Papierstreifen in Bezug auf die Längsachse (x) des Dornes, so dass der gemessene Wert des besagten Wickelungswinkels dem vorbestimmten Sollwert gleich ist.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die vorgenannte Bahn aus Papierstreifen entlang einer zu der vorgenannten gemeinsamen Abwickelungsrichtung (y) senkrechten Richtung geradlinig und umkehrbar zu verschieben, damit ein Endpapierstreifen der besagten Bahn um den vorgenannten Dorn (8) herum so nah wie möglich dem Dornhalter (17) zu gewickelt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messung des vorgenannten jeweiligen Wickelungswinkels durch die Messung des zwischen der vorgenannten gemeinsamen Abwickelungsrichtung (y) der Papierstreifen und einer zur Längsachse (x) des Dornes (8) senkrechten geraden Linie eingeschlossenen Winkels durchgeführt wird, wobei die gerade Linie in der durch die besagte gemeinsame Richtung und die besagte Längsachse des Dornes bestimmten Ebene enthalten ist.
4. Maschine zur Herstellung von Rohren aus Pappe durch schraubenförmige Aufwickelung eines Papierstreifens (25) bzw. von mehreren sich teilweise überlappenden und unter Bildung einer Bahn gegeneinander querversetzten Papierstreifen, mit einem einen feststehenden Dorn (8) zum Wickeln der besagten Streifen (25) tragenden feststehenden Rahmen (1), einer Einrichtung (19) zum Drehantrieb des sich bildenden Rohres (18), einem insbesondere eine Vorrichtung zum Abwickeln eines bzw. mehrerer der besagten Papierstreifen (25) tragenden beweglichen Rahmen (2), einer Vorrichtung zum Bestreichen der besagten Papierstreifen mit Klebstoff und einer Einrichtung zur Einstellung und Führung der Papierstreifen zur Bildung der besagten Bahn, wobei der bewegliche Rahmen (2) in Bezug auf den feststehenden Rahmen (1) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine ein Signal aussendende Vorrichtung (26) zur Messung des jeweiligen Wickelungswinkels der Papierstreifen (25) auf dem Dorn (8), eine Vorrichtung (27) zum Vergleich des besagten Signals mit einem Sollwert des Wickelungswinkels der besagten Bahn auf dem besagten ortsfesten Dorn (1) und eine Vorrichtung (29) zur Betätigung der Winkelverschiebung des besagten von der besagten Vergleichsvorrichtung (27) steuerungsabhängigen beweglichen Rahmens (2) umfasst.
5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Rahmen (2) mit dem ortsfesten Rahmen (1) durch eine drehbar um eine Schwenkachse (4) herum angelenkte Kupplungsvorrichtung (3) verbunden ist, dessen gedachte Schwenkachse die Längsachse (x) des Dornes (8) senkrecht schneidet, und rollend auf zu der besagten Schwenkachse konzentrisch angeordneten Rollbahnen angeordnet ist, wobei die vorgenannte Steuervorrichtung (29) das Einschalten eines Motors (11) zum umschaltbaren Antrieb von wenigstens einem Triebrad des besagten beweglichen Rahmens (2) gewährleistet.
6. Maschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (x) des vorgenannten Dornes (8) im wesentlichen waagerecht und die Schwenkachse (4) im wesentlichen lotrecht ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (26) zur Messung des vorgenannten jeweiligen Wickelungswinkels und die vorgenannte Vorrichtung (28) zur Anzeige des Sollwertes des Wickelungswinkels Potentiometer-Vorrichtungen sind, wobei vorteilhafter Weise die besagte Anzeigevorrichtung in Sinus des Wickelungswinkels und vorzugsweise in Sinus des zwischen der vorgenannten gemeinsamen Abwickelungsrichtung (y) und der waagerechten Senkrechten zu der Längsachse (x) des vorgenannten Dornes eingeschlossenen Winkels (a) geeicht ist, wobei die Messvorrichtung (26) den augenblicklichen Wert des besagten Winkels (α) misst.
8. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte bewegliche Rahmen (2) an der vorgenannten Kupplungsvorrichtung (3) gemäss einer geradlinigen Translationsquerbewegung auf der besagten Kupplungsvorrichtung verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
9. Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung des vorgenannten beweglichen Rahmens (2) an seiner Kupplung (3) ein durch einen vorgenannten Motor (11) zum Antrieb des Triebrades (9) des besagten beweglichen Rahmens (2) betätigtes System aus Schraube und Mutter umfasst.
10. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb des sich bildenden Rohres (18) aus einem um das besagte sich bildende Rohr (18) gewickelten und durch zwei Trommeln (20) mit zu der waagerechten Längsachse (x) des Dornes (8) senkrechten lotrechten Achse angetriebenen endlosen Riemen (19) besteht, wobei die besagten Trommeln (20) durch einen Stand (21) getragen werden, der ggf. gemäss einer zur Achse (x) des Dornes parallelen Translationsbewegung beweglich und- /oder in Winkelausrichtung bezüglich der besagten Längsachse (x) des Dornes beweglich ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Winkelausrichtung des Standes (21) bzw. des Riemens (19) in Bezug auf die Achse (x) des Dornes durch den zwischen der durch die lotrechten Achsen der beiden vorgenannten Trommeln (20) verlaufenden Geraden (z) und der zur Längsachse (x) des Dornes waagrechten Senkrechten eingeschlossenen Winkel (9) bestimmt wird, wobei der Winkel durch Einstellungsmittel (23) zur Bestimmung des Öffungs- bzw. Schliessungsgrades der oberen Windung des sich bildenden Rohres (18) geregelt wird.
