Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for cleaning tube bundles according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to a device for cleaning radioactive contaminated tube bundles.
  • the tube bundle for example a condenser
  • a high-pressure hose provided with a spray nozzle at its front end is pushed by hand through the individual tubes, so that the water spraying out of the spray nozzle is contained in the high-pressure hose Can have pressure of 400 to about 700 bar, the deposits on the inner walls of the tubes removed.
  • Demineralized water is used as rinsing water. The operator is exposed to the strong radioactive radiation from the open condenser head, so that he can only carry out the cleaning work for a short time and often has to be replaced.
  • a device of the type specified is known.
  • the known device does not work with cleaning water. It is provided with a head provided with a scraper device and a brush, which is attached to the front end of a flexible shaft and can be pushed through it through the tubes.
  • US-A-2 735 794 shows a cleaning device for pipes, in which, for cleaning contaminated particles, the shaft is formed with a high-pressure hose carrying a spray nozzle for cleaning water at its front end.
  • a video camera is mounted on the cleaning trolley.
  • a control unit is used to control the movements of the cleaning trolley and the high-pressure hose.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned at the outset, with which radioactive contaminated tube bundles can be cleaned in a simple manner and essentially without manual work in their immediate vicinity.
  • this object is achieved in a device of the type specified at the outset by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the cleaning carriage carrying the high-pressure hose with the spray nozzle can be moved by the control devices in its cleaning positions in front of the individual pipes, in which the high-pressure hose is then passed one or more times through the pipes to be cleaned. Manual work is only required to open the pipes and to fix the frame carrying the cleaning trolley.
  • the carriage is provided with feed wheels or rollers or another suitable feed device for the pressure hose, which carries at its front end a nozzle with preferably a plurality of nozzle openings through which the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the inner wall of the pipes at high pressure.
  • the cleaning carriage can be moved in a guide carriage whose directions of movement cross one another at right angles.
  • the guides of only the cleaning carriage or also the guide carriage are fastened to supports which are rotatably mounted on the frame provided with a circular guideway. If the cleaning carriage can be moved radially on the rotatable carrier, it can sweep over the entire plane of the opening cross sections of the pipes to be cleaned by rotating the carriers and radial movement. If the guides of the guide carriage are rotatably mounted, the cleaning carriage can sweep approximately one quadrant each time by a quarter turn of the carrier.
  • the individual guides can consist of tubes, wherein the cleaning and / or guide carriages and / or the carrier carrying them are each provided with at least three pairs of rollers which engage on opposite sides of the guide tubes.
  • the accuracy and stability of the guide system can be further increased by the fact that, in addition to the pairs of rollers, a third roller acts on a third side of the guide and absorbs forces acting in the transverse direction, for example.
  • the high-pressure hose can be moved by two friction rollers which are driven by a hydraulic motor arranged on the cleaning trolley.
  • a video camera and lamps are arranged on the cleaning trolley, which allow the operator to control the movements of the cleaning trolley from a remote control station.
  • the carriages can be moved relative to one another and to the frame by means of pressure medium piston-cylinder units.
  • a pressure hose 21 is moved in a direction parallel to the condenser tubes 24 by two rollers 22, 23, one roller 23 of which is driven by a hydraulic motor 13.
  • the pressure hose 21 is guided by means of a hose guide tube nozzle 12.
  • a video camera 4 and two lights 5 are attached to the underside of the carriage 25.
  • the carriage slides on rollers 26 along the guides 27 of the intermediate frame 28. It is driven by a piston-cylinder unit 29.
  • the intermediate frame in turn slides on guides 30 of the frame 8 by means of rollers 9.
  • the intermediate frame 28 is driven by a piston-cylinder unit 31.
  • rollers 32 are attached, which allow a rotational movement of the frame 8 along the centering tube ring 11.
  • the frame 8 is driven by a hydraulic motor 10.
  • the device can be locked by four telescopic arms 3 on the flange 33 of the tube bundle to be cleaned.
  • clamping claws 35 are articulated on the flange 33 of the tube bundle.
  • the cleaning device is adjusted and locked via the spindle handwheels 34.
  • a slewing ring 6 which is freely rotatable relative to the carriage 25 is provided for this purpose.
  • the entire device is controlled by a manipulator.
  • This manipulator is located in a room that is not exposed to environmental pollution. It contains control elements for all movement possibilities of the cleaning device, namely the back and forth movement of the pressure hose 21 into and out of the condenser tubes 24, the movement of the carriage 25, the movement of the intermediate frame 28 and the rotary movement of the frame 8. It also contains switches for switching the high-pressure pump for the cleaning liquid on and off and a monitor for the video camera 4.
  • Safety devices are also provided, e.g. Limit switches that prevent a stop in the various directions of movement.
  • a limit switch can also be used to control the switching on and off of the high pressure pump for the cleaning liquid.
  • the guides are each encompassed by a plurality of rollers in order to enable safe sliding at different load directions.
