Claims (7)

1. Dispositif pour replier sur la partie supérieure d'un sac munie de bandes adhésives (34) les languettes (33) qui s'étendent latéralement au delà du bord du sac rempli (31) et qui sont formées par le pliage de l'extrémité (32) du sac, qui est étirée à plat et fermée par une soudure, sur une moitié de la partie supérieure aplatie, ledit dispositif comportant un établi de machines dans lequel sont guidées deux barres de pliage (12) pouvant être abaissées et soulevées, et étant libres de se projeter dans la direction d'évacuation des sacs (31), et dont les arêtes extérieures déterminent les bords de pliage des languettes (33) et dans lequel des supports sont disposés des deux côtés d'un sac placé sur une base (30), lesdits supports portant chacun un cadre (23) avec une branche de pince (24) passant sous chacune des languettes (33) et dans chaque cadre (23) une branche de pince supérieure coopérant avec la branche de pince (24) à la façon d'une pince est articulé de façon orientable et les supports sont mobiles entre une position extérieure dans laquelle des extrémités des pinces se trouvent latéralement au-dessus du sac et une position interne dans laquelle les jambes de pince inférieures (24) pressent les languettes repliées (23) sur les bandes adhésives (34).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les supports consistent en bras parallèles (26, 22) agencés de façon articulée autour d'axes (19, 20) s'étendant en direction transversale par rapport aux languettes (33), lesdits bras portant un cadre en forme d'ailes (23) réalisés sous forme de bielle, en ce que la branche supérieure de la pince (25) est mobile par une unité de fluide sous pression piston-cylindre (26) et en ce que les bras parallèles (21, 22) sont mobiles grâce à des unités de fluide sous pression piston-cylindre (29) entre une position supérieure dans laquelle les extrémités des pinces se trouvent latéralment au-dessus du sac et une position inférieure dans laquelle les branches de pince inférieures (24) pressent les languettes repliées (33) sur les bandes adhésives (34).
3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le support est constitué par une bande transporteuse (30) et en ce que des tôles ou barres de guidage latérales reliées à l'établi sont prévus qui mènent les languettes entre les branches de pince (24, 25) dans la station de repliage.
4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bras parallèles (21, 22) supportant les pinces (24, 25) sont articulés sur une pièce de support (17) agencée dans l'établi (1) de façon à pouvoir être soulevée et abaissée par un entraînement (5 - 8).
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les barres de pliage (12) sont munies de pièces de maintien (11) pouvant être soulevées et abaissées dans les guidages (10) verticaux reliés avec la pièce de support (17) par des entraînements (16).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les branches de pinces sont munies de rouleaux (35) à leurs extrémités.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les branches inférieures de la pince (24) présentent des sabots ou tôles arrondis à leurs extrémités.
