Claims (6)

1. Procédé pour éliminer un engorgement dans une pièce d'aspiration (5) qui, vu dans le sens de déplacement du fil, est située avant un donneur de torsion (6), d'une unité de filage à fausse torsion (4), et pour éviter un endommagement de la pièce d'aspiration (5), et où un dispositif de surveillance de fil (9) appartient en plus à l'unité de filage à fausse torsion (4), dispositif de surveillance qui est situé après l'unité de filage, vu dans le sens de déplacement du fil, et qui sert à détecter un engorgement dans l'unité de filage à fausse torsion (4), caractérisé par les phases suivantes de procédé :
1. ouvrir l'unité de filage (4) après avoir détecté un engorgement,
2. déplacer la pièce d'aspiration (5) dans une positiôn de nettoyage,
3. nettoyer (14) la pièce d'aspiration (5),
4. contrôler (17) la pièce d'aspiration (5),
5. remettre la pièce d'aspiration (5) dans sa position de fonctionnement,
6. filer à nouveau.
2. Procédé selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, après avoir déplacé la pièce d'aspiration (5) dans la position de nettoyage, celle-ci est remplacée par une pièce d'aspiration qui est prête à être mise en fonction dans l'unité de filage.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que, après le nettoyage de la pièce d'aspiration dans la position de nettoyage, celle-ci est mise dans une position prête à être mise en fonction.
4. Procédé selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, lors d'un nettoyage insuffisant de la pièce d'aspiration (5), la pièce d'aspiration est éloignée (E) et est remplacée (F) par une pièce d'aspiration (5.1) qui est prête à être mise en fonction.
5. Procédé selon les revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les phases de procédé sont commandées automatiquement.
6. Dispositif pour réaliser le procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications citées auparavant, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce d'aspiration (5) est réalisée pour être déplacée automatiquement de l'unité de filage à fausse torsion (4).
