Abstract

Eine Bügeleisen-Sohle ist auf der der Bügelebene gegen­ überliegenden Seite mit einer Reihe von Einsenkungen oder Ausbuchtungen (2) in Form eines Zylinderflächenabschnittes oder mit flachen Gebieten versehen, an denen Halbleiter-­ Heizelemente (3) mit ihrer nichtleitenden Oberfläche aus technischem Glas oder Keramik aliegen. Die von den Einsen­ kungen, Ausbuchtungen (2) bzw. flachen Gebieten abge­ wandte Oberfläche der Heizelemente (3) ist mit einer dünnen Schicht aus Halbleiter-Metalloxiden überzogen. Die Aus­ buchtungen (2) der Sohle sind vorzugsweise am Umfang der Sohle angeordnet. Ein Reflektor (5) in Form von entspre­ chend den Heizelementen (3) profiliertem oder aus flachem Blech ist mit seiner reflektierenden Oberfläche der dünnen Halbleitermetalloxidschicht zugewandt und in einer Entfer­ nung von 0,1 bis 9,0 mm von der dünnen Schicht angeord­ net. Am Reflektor (5) ist eine Zwischenlage (6) vorhanden.
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Bügeleisen-Sohle werden die Energieausbeute und die Bügelqualität, insbesondere von Geweben, durch bessere Anpassung des Wärmestro­ mes an den Wärmebedarf verbessert.
