Definitions

  • the invention relates to an emergency unit for fluid pumps, in particular for compact fluid pumps that can be used in vehicle construction.
  • the invention aims to provide a fluid pump that enables manual actuation of the fluid pump with little design effort and compact structure.
  • the invention relates to a fluid pump, in particular a hydraulic pump, with a pump head, in which a consumer connection, a pressure fluid channel connected to it, in which a check valve and possibly a safety valve are switched on, and a fluid drain channel with a fluid drain valve are provided;
  • this fluid pump is characterized in that a suction channel connected to a fluid reservoir is also formed in the pump head, which is connected in the pump head on the one hand to a cylinder chamber containing a manually operated piston and on the other hand via a check valve to the pressure fluid channel and the fluid drain valve .
  • the actuating piston for manual actuation is coupled to a hand lever mounted on the outside of the pump head.
  • the actuating piston and the associated check valve lie essentially opposite the check valve and the drain valve and the consumer connection with respect to the pump head axis containing a pump shaft drive bore.
  • an emergency actuation device is integrated into the pump head with a small amount of space, which makes it possible, if necessary, to convey the fluid from the fluid container to the consumer, the emergency actuation device being connected to the normal drain line and the associated drain valve in the pump head.
  • the invention is particularly suitable for so-called compact devices, which are used as drive pumps for car lifts and tail lifts of motor vehicles, for forklifts, scissor lift tables, head vehicles, small elevators, etc. Find application and should have low space requirements and low weight.
  • the pump head 1 shown can be fastened by means of a flange 2 to a reservoir for the hydraulic oil, not shown.
  • the pump head 1 has a central bore 3 for receiving the drive shaft of a z. B. trained as an internal gear pump (not shown).
  • an axially parallel pressure oil bore 4 opens into the pump head, which is connected via a vertical channel 5 to a pressure oil cross channel 6 formed in the upper part of the pump head.
  • a check valve 7 is arranged in this transverse channel 6 at one end thereof and a discharge valve 8 with the discharge channel 8 ′, which can be actuated both electromagnetically and manually, is arranged at the opposite end thereof. Between these two valves, a consumer connection 9 extends from the transverse channel 6 and, parallel to this, a connection 10 for a safety valve (not shown) in the area of the check valve 7.
  • a transverse cylinder 11 for a piston 12 is provided in the lower half of the pump head, the free end of which protrudes from the pump head 1 is coupled to an actuating hand lever 13 pivotably mounted on the pump head.
  • the end face of the cylinder 11 is connected via a transverse channel 14 to an axially parallel bore 15, which is connected to the supply of hydraulic oil.
  • the transverse channel 14 is also connected to the upper transverse channel 6 via a check valve 16 and a channel 17.
  • the consumer can be fed using the hand lever 13.
  • the hydraulic oil is sucked out of the oil reservoir via the bore 14 by means of the piston 12 and pressed to the consumer via the valve 16 and the channels 17 and 6. If the hydraulic oil is to be drained by the consumer, the drain valve 8 is actuated electrically or by hand, as is normally the case.
  • the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment shown, but that it can be modified within the scope of the inventive concept.
  • the invention is not limited to the use of a hydraulic medium, but can also be used with a pneumatic medium.
  • the invention can be implemented in connection with various types of pump constructions.
  • the arrangement of the individual valves and the manually operable piston can also differ from that shown; it is essential that the Manually operated pistons and the check valve connected downstream of this or the entire emergency actuation circuits in the pump head are integrated together with the normal feed circuit and in particular with the medium drain valve, which can be actuated in the same way both in normal operation and in emergency operation.
