Claims (11)

1. Dispositif de commande d'une ferrure pour portes et fenêtres oscillo-battantes, comportant une poignée tournante (4) qui peut tourillonner au moyen d'une pièce en forme de pivot (8) servant d'axe et qui est reliée, côté commande, avec une broche (2) disposée parallèlement à un bord du vantail, ainsi qu'avac un coulisseau (3) qui est disposé sur la broche, qui peut coopérer avec elle et que la rotation de la broche fait coulisser, pour la commande d'un dispositif de verrouillage et/ou de battement, et dispositif dans lequel un premier pignon denté (5), commandé par une poignée par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement antisurcharge (15 - 23) monté entre eux engrène avec un autre pignon denté (6) disposé sur la broche,
étant précisé que l'accouplement antisurcharge présente les pièces suivantes:
un ressort hélicoïdal (15) conçu comme ressort de crantage;
une plaquette qui peut coulisser dans la direction de la course du ressort, contre laquelle le ressort hélicoïdal est contraint et qui forme une contre-butée mobile du ressort hélicoïdal; et
des éléments de crantage (19) qui sont liés, sans possibilité de rotation relative, avec le premier pignon denté (5) et qui cooperent avec des contre-éléments (20) qui sont liés, sans possibilité de rotation relative, avec la poignée (4);

caractérisé
en ce que la broche (2) est disposée dans une boîte (1) que l'on peut monter reposant à plat sur le vantail ou sur une partie du cadre de la fenêtre ou de la porte;
en ce que la poignée (4) a la forme d'un pommeau; et en ce que l'accouplement
antisurcharge y est disposé;
en ce que la pièce servant d'axe (8) est reliée, sans possibilité de rotation relative, avec le premier pignon denté (5) qui tourillonne dans la boîte (1); et est couplée, côté commande, avec la poignée (4) au moyen de l'accouplement antisurcharge,
étant précisé que la pièce servant d'axe est conçue sous forme de douille creuse (8) qui loge le ressort hélicoïdal (15), et
étant précisé que la plaquette (16) d'appui du ressort hélicoïdal (15) est reliée, sans possibilité de rotation relative, avec une plaquette (16") qui entoure la douille (8) et sur laquelle sont disposés les éléments de crantage (19).
2. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaquette (16") qui entoure la douille (8) est conçue sous forme de plaquette annulaire qui est reliée, par l'intermédiaire de barrettes qui traversent des fentes axiales (18) disposées dans la pièce servant d'axe (8), avec la plaquette (16) d'appui du ressort hélicoïdal (15).
3. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les éléments de crantage et les contre-éléments de crantage coopèrent par l'intermédiaire de billes, caractérisé en ce que, comme éléments de crantage, sont disposés dans la plaquette annulaire (16") des évidements de crantage (19) qui coopèrent avec les billes (20); et
en ce que les contre-éléments de crantage sont conçus sous forme d'évidements (22') d'une bague (22), du type cage de roulement à billes, qui est disposée, sans possibilité de rotation relative, dans la poignée (4).
4. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les billes (20) sont bridées contre une contre-plaquette de pression (21) qui est montée sur la pièce servant d'axe (8) pour servir de sécurité à la poignée (4) dans le sens axial.
5. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier pignon denté (5) est formé d'une pièce, sur l'extrémité, côté opposé à la poignée (4), de la douille (8), étant précisé que le pignon denté (5) est porté radialement, de son côté tourné vers la boîte (1), dans un alésage (10) de la boîte au moyen d'un renfort circulaire (9).
6. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (4) en forme de pommeau est portée axialement entre le renfort de forme circulaire (9) et la contre-plaquette de pression (21).
7. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une manivelle (7) rabattable vers l'extérieur est disposée sur la poignée en forme de pommeau (4).
8. Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la poignée en forme de pommeau (4) est disposée avec son axe de rotation incliné en direction de la zone médiane de la porte ou de la fenêtre, de façon telle que, si l'on regarde perpendiculairement au plan de la porte ou de la fenêtre, le contour de la poignée en forme de pommeau (4) soit disposé du côté, qui regarde la zone médiane de la porte ou de la fenêtre, du bord, opposé à la zone médiane de la porte ou de la fenêtre, de la boîte (1).
