Volet battant conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le moteur électrique (124) commande par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre flexible (136) un pignon (144) don't l'axe est immobile par rapport au vantail (110, 112) et qui est en prise avec une roue dentée immobile (146) située à côté de la baie de fenêtre ou de porte.
  5. Volet battant conformément à la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le pignon (144) est logé sur une penture (116) portant le volet battant; le pignon étant immobile est monté sur un tourillon (160) qui est assis sur la penture et qui est doté d'un alésage longitudinal portant le côté sortie de l'arbre flexible (136).
  6. Volet battant conformément à la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que le moteur électrique (124) est disposé à l'intérieur du cadre profilé (110) du volet battant et que l'arbre flexible (136) sort du cadre profilé (110) par une ouverture (140) bordée par un cadre de protection (142), et que le moteur électrique (124) et un mécanisme de commande (122) formant une unité avec le moteur électrique sont montés au côté de devant sur un support (126, 128) qui est fixé à l'intérieur du cadre profilé creux (110) et qui contient un palier pour un boulon de support (132) qui est actionné par le mécanisme de commande (122) et qui est doté d'un alésage longitudinal (134) portant le bout de l'arbre flexible (136) du côté de commande.
  7. Volet battant conformément à une des revendications 1 - 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'en position fermée et/ ou en position entièrement ouverte du vantail (12, 14) au moins une tige de verrouillage (62, 64) actionnée par un organe de commande contrôllable (70, 72) sorte d'une arête extérieure du vantail (12, 14) de façon que la tige de verrouillage entre dans un alésage (66, 68) situé dans l'arête extérieure voisin d'un autre vantail ou dans un dispositif d'arrêt stationnaire.
  8. Volet battant conformément à la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le mécanisme de commande contrôllable est un ressort qui précontraint la tige de verouillage (62, 64) dans le sens de déplacement dans la position de verrouillage et qui concourt avec un électroaimant (70, 72) qui continue à retirer la tige de verrouillage, avant la mise en circuit de moteur électrique (52), dans le vantail (12, 14) reçevant la barre, et que la tige de verrouillage (62, 64) est pourvue d'une poignée qui permet le déplacement manuel et qui est accessible du côté intérieur et / ou extérieur en position fermée du vantail (12, 14).
  9. Volet battant conformément à une des revendications 1 - 8, caractérisé par le fait que le moteur électrique (52) peut être branché aux cellules solaires stationnaires ou montées sur le vantail (12, 14) même.
