Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour ouvrir et fermer un volet (F) de l'intérieur au moyen d'un engrenage pouvant être actionné de l'intérieur qui entraîne le pivot (21) d'un gond, sachant que le pivot tournant (21) du gond entraîne un palier pivotant (1) relié au volet (F) et qu'au moins un organe d'entraînement (11) est prévu, qui est en liaison active avec une barre (3) d'un mécanisme de verrouillage qui est disposée horizontalement, sachant qu'en effectuant le mouvement de fermeture, la barre (3) se déplace dans un sens jusqu'à une butée (33, 34) et qu'en effectuant le mouvement d'ouverture, elle se déplace dans l'autre sens, sachant que ladite barre (3) actionne au moyen d'un engrenage intermédiaire (40, 41, 31', 35) une tringle (4) disposée verticalement qui actionne au moins un verrou à ressort (5) disposé sur le cadre du volet, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage est a engrenage à vis sans fin (2), en ce que le palier pivotant (1) est réalisé en tant que boîtier d'engrenage qui contient ledit organe d'entraînement (11), sachant que l'organe d'entraînement (11) présente au moins une roue dentée (11) qui est en liaison active avec la barre réalisée en tant que crémaillère (3), sachant que la crémaillère (3) présente un prolongement (3') qui s'étend à l'intérieur d'une partie de cadre horizontale du volet (F), approximativement sur toute sa largeur, en ce que la tringle (4) s'étend entièrement à l'intérieur d'une partie de cadre verticale du volet (F), approximativement sur toute sa longueur, et en ce que l'engrenage intermédiaire (40, 41, 31', 35) comprend un premier coulisseau (31') pouvant être actionné par la crémaillère (3) et muni d'une fente (35) dans laquelle se loge une extrémité biseautée d'un second coulisseau (40, 40'), sachant que le second coulisseau (40, 40') forme le prolongement de la tringle (4) de manière à ce que le déplacement horizontal de la crémaillère (3) puisse être transformé directement en un déplacement vertical de la tringle (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 sur un volet à deux battants, caractérisé en ce que les deux battants (F₁, F₂) sont reliés entre eux par une articulation (7) qui comprend deux boîtiers d'engrenage superposés (70, 71) dans lesquels est chaque fois guidée une extrémité d'une crémaillère horizontale (3, 3'), en ce que les deux crémaillères sont en liaison active l'une avec l'autre par le biais d'un pignon commun (72), et en ce que la butée (34') entrant en jeu lors du mouvement de fermeture est placée dans le deuxième battant (F₂).
  3.
