Claims (7)

1. Broyeur de copeaux du genre comportant un rotor à entraînement (2) disposé à l'intérieur du carter (1), présentant sur le côté aspirant au moins un bras préconcasseur (3) dont le couteau préconcasseur (4) coopère avec des mâchoires concassantes (5) disposées sur le carter, et sur le côté d'évacuation plusieurs couteaux mobiles (6) répartis sur le pourtour d'un broyeur, dont les bords concassants coopèrent avec les bords concassants de plusieurs couteaux fixes (7) répartis sur le pourtour à l'intérieur du carter (1), caractérisé en ce que au moins un couteau fixe (7') se déplace à l'intérieur du carter (1) de sa position de travail radialement vers une position d'ouverture débloquant l'évacuation (10') de fragments de taille importante.
2. Broyeur de copeaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (9) du rotor (2) est incliné verticalement de manière connue en soi, et en ce que l'évacuation (10') de fragments de taille importante avec le ou les couteaux fixes (7') radialement mobiles est disposée au niveau de la ligne inférieure du carter et au-dessus du collecteur d'évacuation (21).
3. Broyeur de copeaux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le couteau fixe (7') mobile est fixé à un bloc (14) introduit dans un dispositif de guidage (17) monté sur le carter (1).
4. Broyeur de copeaux selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bloc (14) et le dispositif de guidage (17) présentent des surfaces adhérentes (28) qui convergent en direction du serrage.
5. Broyeur de copeaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le couteau fixe (7') radialement mobile est relié à la tige de piston (16) d'une unité vérin-tige (15) à alimentation hydraulique.
6. Broyeur de copeaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le couteau fixe (7') radialement mobile est fixé à un levier (18), fixé pivotant sur le carter (1), déplaçable par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement (15) d'une position de fermeture vers une position d'ouverture et vice versa.
7. Broyeur de copeaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les couteaux fixes (7') radialement mobiles se déplacent radialement avec.une partie. (24) de la paroi du carter (1) entourant les couteaux fixes (7') et avec une partie (23) du plafond (22) du collecteur d'évacuation (21).
