Abstract

Bei einer Bürste zur Reinigung von Gefäßen, insbesondere Flaschen, Babyflaschen, etc., mit einem Bürstenkörper, einem Handgriff und einem Anschluß für die Zuführung von Frischwasser, welcher durch den rohrförmigen Handgriff mit Wasseraustrittsöffnungen im Bürstenkörper im Bereich der Borsten in Verbindung steht, ist zum Zwecke der guten Benetzung der Borstenbündel und zur Vermeidung von Spritzwirkungen des austretenden Wassers vorgesehen, daß die Wasseraustrittsöffnungen im Bürstenkörper so gerichtet sind, daß das austretende Wasser in spitzem Winkel zur Mittelachse auf die Borsten gerichtet ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine wasserdurchflossene Bürste zum Reinigen von Gefäßen mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
  • Reinigungsbürsten dieser Gattung sind bekannt. Die Reinigungsbürste ist hierbei mit einem Schlauch mit der Wasserleitung verbunden und das Wasser wird durch einen hohlen Handgriff in den eigentlichen Bürstenkörper geführt, wo es radial parallel zu den Borstenbündeln durch Radialöffnungen austritt. Insbesondere bei stärkerem Wasserdruck werden häufig radial aus der Bürste gerichtete Wasserstrahlen gebildet, so daß eine Benetzung der Borstenbündel nicht mehr erfolgt und außerdem die unerwünschte Spritzwirkung die Handhabung der Bürste beeinträchtigt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Reinigungsbürste gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 so zu verbessern, daß die Borstenbündel eine gute Benetzung erfahren und eine unerwünschte Spritzwirkung des austretenden Wasser vermieden ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5 angegeben.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigt
    • Figur 1 eine Reinigungsbürste in Seitenansicht und teilweise geschnitten;
    • Figur 2 eine weitere Reinigungsbürste im Längsschnitt.
  • Der Einfachheit halber sind bei den beiden Ausführungsbeispielen in der Zeichnung gleiche oder entsprechende Elemente mit jeweils gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
  • Die in der Figur 1 der Zeichnung dargestellte Reinigungsbürste 1 für Flaschen wird von einem Handgriff 2 mit einem Wasseranschluß 21 sowie einem Bürstenkörper 3 mit den Borsten 31 gebildet. Das über einen in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Schlauch herangeführte Frischwasser wird über den Wasseranschluß 21 durch den hohl ausgebildeten Handgriff 2 in eine Bohrung 34 des Bürstenkörpers 3 geführt und gelangt von hier durch die Wasseraustrittsöffnungen ins Freie. 1
  • Der Bürstenkörper 3 ist durch Schraubverbindungen 4 in Teilstücke unterteilt. Im Bereich der Borsten 31 sind an einer Stirnseite Radialschlitze 32 eingelassen, die mit der Bohrung 34 in Verbindung stehen. An der Stirnseite des anderen Teils der Schraubverbindung 4 ist ein schürzenartiger Mantel 33 oder topfförmige Abschirmung angeformt, die im zusammengeschraubten Zustand die Austrittsöffnung der Radialschlitze 32 mit Abstand übergreift, so daß das durch die Radialschlitze 32 tretende Wasser in spitzem Winkel zur Mittelachse 11 umgelenkt und spritzfrei auf die Borsten 31 gelenkt wird.
  • Bei dem in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind.die Teile des Bürstenkörpers 3 anstatt der Schraubverbindung 4 mit einer Bajonettverbindung 5 zusammengesteckt.
  • Durch die Ausbildung der Wasseraustrittsöffnungen in einer Ebene kranzförmig im Bereich der Verbindungsstellen des Bürstenkörpers 3 wird außerdem erreicht, daß die Bürste durch wahlweise Aneinanderreihung von mehreren Teilstücken des Bürstenkörpers 3, wie in Figur 2 gezeigt, die Bürste 1 wahlweise der Länge den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen optimal angepaßt werden kann.

Claims (5)

1. Bürste zum Reinigen von Gefäßen, insbesondere Flaschen, Babyflaschen, etc., mit einem Bürstenkörper, einem Handgriff und einem Anschluß für die Zuführung von Frischwasser, welcher durch den rohrförmigen Handgriff mit Wasseraustrittsöffnungen im Bürstenkörper im Bereich der Borsten in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasseraustrittsöffnungen im Bürstenkörper (3) so gerichtet sind, daß das austretende Wasser in spitzem Winkel zur Mittelachse (11) auf die Borsten (31) gerichtet ist.

Bürste nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bürstenkörper (3) aus zusammenfügbaren Teilen besteht und die Wasseraustrittsöffnungen als Radialschlitze (32) an der Stirnseite des einen Teils ausgebildet sind, während an der Stirnseite des anderen Teils ein die Radialschlitze überragender schürzenartiger Mantel (33) angeformt ist, von dem die austretenden Wasserstrahlen in spitzem Winkel auf die Borsten (31) gerichtet werden.
3. Bürste nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bürstenkörper (3) mittels Schraubverbindung (4) zusammensetzbar ist.
4. Bürste nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bürstenkörper (3) mittel Bajonettverbindung (5) zusammensteckbar ist.
5. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bürstenkörper (3) einstückig oder mit einer nicht lösbaren Verbindung ausgebildet ist.
