Definitions

  • the invention relates to a switch arrangement according to the preamble of the main claim.
  • Such a switch arrangement is essentially known from DE-B-1 227 113.
  • an indexing plate is provided in two levels, which actuates two switching elements.
  • the known switch arrangement allows relatively long switching distances with a relatively compact structure, because the switching plates can drive over the switching elements without impermissibly high forces acting on the individual switches from the actuating member or the switching plunger. Such relatively long switching distances are favorable for the user in various cases.
  • an X-ray examination apparatus for example, in which the user generally wears lead rubber gloves and acts on the actuating element with the thumb, the user would lose the feeling of whether the switch is actuated or not with short switching paths.
  • the known switch arrangement contains a base plate with spherical recesses into which a sliding bush which can be displaced on the switching plunger can be pressed with spring force, so that the switch arrangement engages in different switch positions.
  • the object of the present invention is to design a switch arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset such that, on the one hand, there are sufficiently large switching paths despite the small construction volume and, on the other hand, the actuator is automatically reset.
  • the actuating member is displaced perpendicular to the plane, the first plunger part acting on the second, which is guided in this actuating direction and actuates the switching element of the first switch. If, on the other hand, the actuating member is moved laterally, the first tappet part tilts relative to the second, the latter not moving, but the shifting plate is displaced until it actuates at least one switching member by driving over it, so that the forces exerted by the user on the actuating member are not can be transferred to the individual switches.
  • the actuator is reset using the tension spring under tension.
  • this tension spring With a suitable design of this tension spring, the tension exerted by it is only slightly increased when the actuating member is laterally displaced, so that the (restoring) force counteracting the actuating force of the user remains essentially constant during the displacement. The ease of use is significantly increased.
  • the switch arrangement shown in the drawing - a so-called coordinate switch - has an assembly and guide body 1 to which five microswitches are attached. Four of them, namely the microswitches 2, 3, 4 and 5 are arranged so that their switching elements 2a, 3a, 4a and 5a lie on the corner points of a square and their sides provided with the switching elements form a plane which is parallel in FIG. 2 to the drawing plane and in Fig. 1 perpendicular to the drawing plane, in Fig. 1 the horizontal intersection with the drawing plane is designated by 6.
  • the button-shaped actuator 7 and the switching plunger 8, 9 is located in the center of these four switches.
  • the switching plunger running vertically in FIG. 1 and perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 2 consists of two rotationally symmetrical parts 8 and 9, which are arranged one behind the other in the axial direction.
  • the tappet part 8 connected to the actuating member 7 has a cylindrical shaft part, on the upper end of which the actuating button 7 is fastened and the lower end of which opens into a hollow cylindrical part which is open at the bottom.
  • the second plunger part 9 is guided in a vertical bore in FIG. 1 in the mounting and guide body 1 in the vertical direction and has an enlarged outer diameter at its lower end which is larger than the inner diameter of the bore. This second part is hollow on the inside.
  • the two plunger parts 8 and 9 are drawn together by a prestressed spring 10 which is fastened to the plunger parts 8 and 9 by means of pins 16 and 17, so that the lower end face of the plunger part 8 presses against the upper end face of the plunger part 9.
  • the plunger part 8 is enclosed by an annular shading device 11 such that the switching plate and the switching plunger part are displaceable relative to one another in the vertical direction (FIG. 1), but that they are moved together when displaced in the horizontal direction.
  • the outside diameter of this switching plate is slightly smaller than the diagonal of the square formed by the switching elements 2a ... 5a, so that the switching plate is located in the middle between the switching elements in the rest position.
  • the outer edge of this table top is rounded on its underside.
  • the indexing plate can be moved in level 6 or on the top of the assembly and guide body 1, which runs parallel to level 6 and slightly above it.
  • a spring 12 is arranged between the switch plate 11 and a plate 13 located above it, which is fixed in the vertical direction by a ring 14. The spring is biased so that the plate 11 is pressed down. The bias of this spring 12 is, however, less than that of the spring 10.
  • a fifth switch 15 is fastened to the assembly and guide body 1, in such a way that its switching element 15a is actuated when the plunger part 9 is moved downward.
  • the plunger part 8 When the user moves the actuator down, i.e. H. perpendicular to the plane in which the switching plate 11 is displaceable, the plunger part 8 is moved downward against the force of the spring 12 and with it the lower plunger part 9 until its outer surfaces actuate the switching element 15a. The plunger part 8 is pushed through the switch plate 11. The two plunger parts 8 and 9 do not change their mutual position.
  • the spring 12 returns the coordinate switch to its rest position when the user releases the actuator 7.
  • the plunger part 9 does not move while the plunger part 8 tilts, so that its lower end face only touches the end surface of the lower plunger part facing it at one point.
  • the table 11 is not tilted because its inner diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the plunger part 8 at the point in question and because the spring 12 with its underside against the sides of the microswitches 2 ... 5 provided with switching elements or against presses the parallel surface of the guide body 1.
  • a switching element is passed over (directions a ... d in FIG.
  • a simple assembly of several coordinate switches according to the invention can be achieved by lengthening the assembly and guide body 1, the coordinate switches being to be offset relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of this body. Not in every application, it is desirable that two switches at the same time, for. B. switches 2a and 5a are operated. This can be prevented by providing, in parallel to level 6 and above this level, a shift gate 18 indicated in dashed lines in FIG. 1, which only has recesses running in the direction of arrows a, b, c and d, in which the stem of the tappet part 8 is guided when moving the actuator 7.
