Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de profilés composites calorifugés pour fenêtres, portes et façades, où deux profilés métalliques (8, 11) à joindre au profilé composite (13) présentent des rainures longitudinales dans lesquelles sont introduites des lattes de liaison (7) formant entre elles avec les profilés métalliques (8, 11) une chambre d'isolation (9) et fixées à leurs parties de base s'engageant dans les rainures longitudinales au moyen de la déformation des traverses de retenue (10, 12) bornant les rainures longitudinales. Afin de garantir, malgré des tolérances inévitables dues à la fabrication des profilés métalliques (8, 11) et des lattes de liaison (7), une précision dimensionnelle absolue ainsi que des propriétés régulières de solidité des profilés composites à fabriquer, et afin d'obtenir une indépendance complète de toutes les coupes, dimensions et formes de profilés qui interviennent, il convient de recourir aux étapes suivantes: a) tirer unilatéralement les lattes de liaison (7) dans la rainure longitudinale correspondante de l'un des profilés métalliques (8, 11) à relier l'un à l'aautre, b) déformer les traverses de retenue (10) disposées en chambre d'isolation (9), respectivement la partie de base des traverses de retenue (10) flanquant les lattes de liaison (7) qui s'engage dans une rainure longitudinale, c) pousser à la manière d'un couvercle le second profilé métallique (11) sur le premier profilé métallique (8), et d) déformer les traverses de retenue (12) s'étendant à l'extérieur de la chambre d'isolation (9) aux parties de base des lattes de liaison (7) qui ne sont pas encore fixées dans les rainures longitudinales.
