Abstract

Lors de procédés connus d'enduction de supports textiles avec un produit synthétique en poudre, on soumet le support textile à des traitements thermiques; soit le pan d'étoffe sert au transport de la chaleur, soit il est traversé par un rayonnement thermique. Le présent procédé permet d'éviter cela. Grâce à une installation de dosage (2), le produit synthétique en poudre passe d'un réservoir de stockage de poudre (1) au compartiment de distribution et d'apport de poudre (3) où il est distribué sur une surface de transport (5) grâce à un racloir (4). Des sources de chaleur (7-9) agissent sans contact, directement sur le produit synthétique en poudre situé sur le porteur intermédiaire. Le support à enduire (11) est pressé grâce à un cylindre de pression (10) contre le porteur intermédiaire (5) où la poudre en grande partie adhésive adhère tout de suite au support textile (11).
