Abstract

Centrifugeuse transportable de matériaux de projection dotée d'une courroie spéciale sans fin (15) passant sur les rouleaux (14) et (26), et d'un plateau rotatif (2) pourvu d'une garniture (3) sur sa surface extérieure. La courroie spéciale (15) enlace en partie la garniture (3) et le matériau de projection (7) entre les gorges de la garniture (3) et de la courroie spéciale (15) est accéléré. On peut changer rapidement la garniture (3) avec les gorges longitudinales par une autre avec coupes transversales de gorges différentes, et la surface intérieure de la courroie (15) est pourvue d'un profilage parallèle à la direction périphérique dans lequel s'engrène la surface extérieure des rouleaux (14, 26) entraînant la courroie spéciale (15) grâce à leur profil correspondant.

Claims (8)

1. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter, comportant une courroie spéciale sans fin (15) passant sur des galets (14, 26), ainsi qu'un disque rotatif (2) pourvu sur sa face externe d'un bandage profilé (3), la courroie spéciale (15) ceinturant partiellement le bandage (3), et le matériau à projeter (7) pouvant être soumis à une accélération entre les faces externes du bandage (3) et de la courroie spéciale (15), caractérisée par le fait que la face externe du bandage (3) présente des striures circonférentielles (27) ; et par le fait que la face interne de la courroie spéciale (15) est dotée d'un profil (28) qui s'étend parallèlement à sa direction périphérique, et dans lequel les faces externes des galets (14, 26) guidant la courroie spéciale (15) pénètrent par un profil correspondant (29).
2. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les striures circonférentielles (27) du bandage (3) sont de section semi-circulaire.
3. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le bandage (3) est fixé par des vis (4) d'un côté sur le disque (2).

Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que le profil (28) de la courroie spéciale (15) est réalisé sous la forme de striures circonférentielles dans lesquelles s'engage le profil (29) des galets (14, 26), réalisé d'une manière correspondante avec des striures circonférentielles.
5. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le profil (28) de la courroie spéciale (15) et le profil (29) des galets (14, 26) s'étendent sur toute la largeur de ladite courroie spéciale (15) et desdits galets (14, 26), et engrènent l'un dans l'autre par une section dentée.
6. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les galets (14, 26) sont disposés parallèlement à l'axe du bandage (3), sur un disque annulaire scindé (12) pouvant être ajusté au moyen de boulons de serrage (16).
7. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'un tube (11) de délivrance des matériaux à projeter, des arrêts filetés (17) et un levier pivotant (18) sont fixés sur le disque annulaire (12).
8. Centrifugeuse transportable pour matériaux à projeter selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le disque annulaire (12) est relié, au moyen d'une biellette (25), à un disque à excentrique (24) muni d'un moteur.
