Abstract

In einer Heizvorrichtung (2), bei welcher beispiels­ weise auch ein üblicher Unterbrandofen verwendet werden kann, ist in einem kaminseitigen Bereich unmittelbar ober­ halb des Hauptrostes (8) eine gasdurchlässige Brenngut-­ Stützeinrichtung (24) vorgesehen, welche einen Brenn­ schacht (22) und eine Nachverbrennungskammer (52) von einem Füllschachtraum (4) abtrennt. In dem noch unver­ brannten Brenngut (16) entstehende Schwelgase (26) wer­ den durch Abgas-Austrittsöffnungen (30) in der Stützeinrich­ tung (24) hindurchgeleitet, und treffen dort auf einen aus der Luftvorlagekammer (38) unterhalb des Hauptrostes (8) ab­ gezweigten Sekundärluftstrom (34), wobei eine intensive Verwirbelung und Zündung durch Wärmeübertragung von einem Glutstock (14) stattfindet und das Luft/Gas-Gemisch (40) mittels eines Einstellgestänges (44) materialspezifisch stöchiometrisch einstellbar ist.
