Claims (5)

1. Schirm, der an den Rand einer Badewanne anpassbar ist und Armaturen aufweist, die auf einer bestimmten Höhe über der Badewanne liegen, und der besagte Schirm dient dazu, ein Herausspritzen des Wassers dann zu vermeiden, wenn die Badewanne als Duschwanne verwendet wird, der besagte Schirm dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine Tafel umfasst, die aus einer von Profilstücken eingerahmten Glasscheibe besteht, ein der Profilstücke der Einrahmung hat einen hohlen Innenraum, der dazu dient, die Tafel auf einer an der Wand angebrachten Hülse zu lenken, die besagte Tafel kann mindestens ein bisschen entlang von der Hülse erhöht worden, der Schirm dadurch gekennzeichnet:
- dass die Höhe h des Aufsteigens der Tafel entlang von der Hülse (10) ist oberhalb der Hohe der Armaturen, die über der Badewanne liegen, und
- dass das besagte Profilstück, das einen Hohlsteg (35) sowie eine aus diesem herausragende Rippe aufweist, während die Hülse (12) einen Zapfen (38) trägt, der über der Armaturen liegt und der in der Rippe verdrehbar ist und dass die Winkelpositionen der Rippe in Bezug auf die Ebene des Schirmes im ersten Profilstück und des Zapfens in Bezug auf das genannte äussere Ende der Badewanne derart gestaltet und angeordnet sind, dass sie nur dann miteinander fluchten, wenn die Tafel parallel zum Rand der Wanne verläuft, so dass der Schirm nur dann zur Wand hin eingeklappt werden kann, wenn sich das untere Ende des Profilstückes oberhalb der Oberkante der Armatur befindet.
2. Schirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
- dass jeder Schirm aus einer Glasscheibe (22) besteht, die aus drei verschiedenen Profilstücken bestehen kann (im folgenden "erste", "zweite" und "dritte" Profile genannt),
- dass das erste Profil (Siehe Fig. 6 ) ein abgeflachtes U-Profil ist, dessen Schenkel (14, 15) nach innen abgekröpft sind, deren einer der Schenkel (14) sich um einen Winkel (18) erstreckt, wobei der Raum zwischen den Stegen dazu dient, eine Winkelschiene (21) aufzunehmen, während der Raum zwischen der Ecke und der benachbarten Stegabkröpfung dazu dient, den Rand der Scheibe (22) aufzunehmen,
- dass das zweite Profil (Siehe Fig. 5) ein W-Profil ist, das aus einem Profil (24) des ersten Typus gebildet ist, dessen eine Seite durch eine Ecke (25) verlängert ist, die genügend gross ist, um ein Profilstück des ersten Typus aufzunehmen, wobei der Rand der Ecke des ersten Profilstückes eine kleine Abkröpfung ist, die gegen das Innere des grossen Winkels hin abgekröpft ist und dazu dient, am äusseren Rand des Winkels des Profilstückes des ersten Typus, das im grossen Winkel aufgenommen ist, zu gleiten,
- dass das dritte Profil (Siehe Fig. 6) aus einem Profil des zweiten Typus gebildet ist, das zusammengeklammert ist aus einem Profil, das eine Hohlrippe und wenigstens einer in die Hohlrippe hineinragenden Auskerbung (34, 35) besteht.
3. Schirm nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
- dass der erste Schirm (3) von einem Profilstück des dritten Typus entlang einer seiner vertikalen Kanten eingerahmt ist, ferner durch Profilstücke des zweiten und dritten Typus entlang von deren oberer und unterer Kanten, und durch ein Profilstück des ersten Typus entlang dessen anderer vertikaler Kante,
- und dass der zweite Schirm (4) von Profilstücken des ersten Typus entlang deren vier Kanten eingerahmt ist,
- so dass die Profilstücke des zweiten Typus des ersten Schirmes als obere und untere Gleitelemente für den zweiten Schirm dienen,
- und dass der erste Schirm am Pfosten mittels der zylindrischen Hülse angelenkt werden kann.
4. Schirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
- dass die Gelenkmittel des ersten Schirmes an der Mauer aus vier Profilstümpfen (Fig. 10, 11) mit hohlem Innenraum stehen, umfassend eine äussere Befestigungsebene (63), wobei zwei der genannten Stümpfe (56, 57) an einem Profilstück (58) des zweiten Typus befestigt sind, die einen vertikalen Rand des ersten Schirmes bilden, und wobei die beiden anderen Stümpfe (61, 60) mit einer Zwischenverbindung (68) an der Mauer befestigt sind und eine zylindrische Hülse (59) durch die hohlen Innenräume der vier Stümpfe hindurchgeführt ist und mit den vier an der Mauer befestigten Stümpfen einteilig ist.
5. Schirm nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
- dass eines der Enden der Stümpfe auf Gehrung geschnitten ist, derart, dass oberhalb des Randes der Wanne eine stabile Lage der Schirme erreicht wird.
