Claims (9)

  1. Badezimmer-Paneel (2, 102, 103), bestimmt zur Montage über dem Rand einer Badewanne (3) um insbesondere die Badewanne als Duschkabine benutzen zu können, wobei das genannte Paneel um eine vertikale Achse schwenken kann, um gegen die Wand geklappt zu werden, und entlang dieser Achse zu gleiten vermag, um oberhalb einer Armatur angeordnet zu werden, mit welcher Badewannen üblicherweise ausgestattet sind, wobei das Paneel unter anderem Gewichtsausgleichsmittel aufweist, die dazu dienen, sein Gewicht wenigstens annähernd auszugleichen, wobei das Paneel in gleicher Weise auf dem Rand eines Sockels (200) einer Duschkabine (115, 200, 300) montiert werden kann, wobei das Paneel aus Paneelelementen (2', 2") besteht, die aufeinander gleitbar bzw. umeinander schwenkbar sind, und wobei jedes Paneel aus einem profilierten Rahmen (6) und einer "Scheibe" (7) besteht, die vom Rahmen umgeben und von diesem getragen ist, wobei die Gelenkverbindung des Paneels (2) an einem an der Wand befestigten Pfosten (8) von jener Art ist, bei welcher ein vorspringendes Profil (4), das eine doppelte Angel (4' 4") bildet, mit jedem seiner Angeln in die Nuten (15) des Rahmens und des Pfostens eingreift,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen rechteckige Querschnitt (11, 12, 13, 14) des genannten Profils umfaßt:
    - eine kreisförmige Aussparung (15), die über einen Winkelbereich des Profils offen und durch einen Kranzsektor (18) begrenzt ist;
    - eine sogenannte seitliche Aussparung (16), die auf einer ersten kleinen Seite (13) des Rechteckes im Bereich der kreisförmigen Aussparung durch einen Schlitz (17) offen ist;
    - eine Aussparung (25) mit einem offenen Ende (24) auf der zweiten kleinen Seite (14) des Rechteckes im wesentlichen gegen die Mitte der genannten kleinen Seite;
    - eine zentrale, geschlossene Aussparung (19) begrenzt durch den Kranzsektor durch einen Boden (20) der genannten seitlichen Aussparung, wobei der Boden eine C-förmige Zelle (21) aufweist, die gegen die zentrale Aussparung geöffnet ist, und zwar durch die beiden großen Seiten (11, 12) des Rechteckes sowie durch eine Traverse (23), die zwei Zellen (22) aufweist, welche gegen die Endaussparung offen sind.
  2. Paneel gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet:
    durch ein winkliges Rahmen-Verbindungsteil (25) von parallel epipedischer Form, das als erstes Maß (L1) die Länge der genannten großen Seite (11, 12) des Profiles, und als zweites Maß (L2) die Länge der kleinen Seite (13, 14) des Profiles aufweist,
    wobei das genannte Teil (25) vier gefräste Bohrungen (26) zum Hindurchführen von Schrauben aufweist, deren Achsen den Achsen der Zellen (21, 22) entsprechen, wobei die Bohrungen auf zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten münden und die Schrauben dazu dienen, in die Zellen eingeschraubt zu werden,
    wobei das genannte Teil unter anderem auf einer kleinen Fläche einen Zapfen (27) aufweist, der als Anlage gegen den Boden (20) dient, und auf einer seiner großen Flächen ein Zentrierungsrelief (28) zum Zwischenfügen zwischen die genannten großen Seiten des Profils.
  3. Paneel gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein sogenanntes Gleitstück (30) von im wesentlichen parallel epipedischer, langgestreckter Gestalt, das entlang der beiden großen Seiten einer großen Fläche zwei zylindrische Bereiche (31, 32) aufweist, die jeweils dazu dienen, in eine Nut (15) des Profiles eingesetzt zu werden, wobei das eine in der genannten Nut gleitet und das andere fest ist.
  4. Paneel gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Gleitstücke wenigstens auf den oberen Profilen der beiden benachbarten Rahmen (6', 6") montiert sind, wobei eines der Gleitstücke in Bezug auf einen Rahmen feststeht und in Bezug auf das andere gleitet, und umgekehrt, so daß die Rahmen aneinander zu gleiten vermögen.

Paneel gemaß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verbindungsprofil (35) von dreieckförmigem Hohlprofil, geschlitzt an einer Spitze des Dreiecks, zum Einklemmen eines der Ränder der Öffnung (24) der Endaussparung (25), während es sich mit seiner dem Spalt gegenüberliegenden Seite gegen eine Scheibe (7) abstützt, die durch die genannte Öffnung (24) hindurchgeführt ist (Figuren 4, 5).

Paneel gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verbindungsprofil (40) aus elastischem Material von in seinem mittleren Bereich eingeschnürtem Querschnitt, welches auf der einen Seite der Einschnürung einen ebenen Teil (38) und auf dem anderen einen hülsenförmigen Teil (39) von verringerter Wandstärke umfaßt, bestimmt zum Eingespanntwerden zwischen den Rändern des Schlitzes (17) der seitlichen Aussparung (16), wobei wenigstens entlang der unteren Profile Rahmen auf dem Rand der Badewanne ruhen (Figur 6).
  7. Paneel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die genannten Gewichtsausgleichsmittel (41, 42) in der zentralen Aussparung eines an der Wand befestigten Profiles (8) angeordnet sind, und
    daß weiche Einrastmittel am genannten festen Profil vorgesehen sind, die dazu dienen, die Paneele in einer oberen Position zu halten (oberhalb des Niveaus der Armatur), wobei sie erlauben, daß ein leichtes manuelles Drücken gegen die Paneele die genannten Mittel verschwinden läßt und ein Absenken der Paneele in ihre untere Position erlaubt.
  8. Paneel gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewichtsausgleichsmittel ein hülsenförmiges Antriebsorgan (51) sowie eine hülsenförmige Verlängerung (52) mit quadratischer Endkappe (53, 53') aufweisen, eine Aussparung (54) in der Wand der Nut (15) entlang einer Ebene, die die Achse der Nut mit der Achse der Zentralaussparung verbindet, wobei die genannte Aussparung eine Länge (H1) aufweist, die größer als die Höhe (H2) der Armatur in Bezug auf den Rand der Badewanne ist, bestimmt zum Hindurchführen eines Zapfens (55), der mit der Verlängerung einteilig ist, wobei ein Ausschnitt (56) in der Angel (4") vorgesehen ist, welche in der Nut des festen Pfostens (8) sitzt, und der Ausschnitt dazu dient, den hindurchgeführten Kopf (57) des Zapfens aufzunehmen, so daß die Angel mit der Verlängerung einteilig, jedoch in Bezug auf diese letztere verdrehbar ist.
  9. Paneel gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weichen Einrastmittel ein elastisches Teil (60) aufweisen, das in die genannte Endaussparung (25) des den Pfosten bildenden Profils einsetzbar ist, und zwar aufgrund eines Ausschnitts (61) in den Teilen, die die Aussparung begrenzen, wobei das elastische Teil zwei Vorsprünge (65, 66) umfaßt, die dazu dienen, über zwei Öffnungen (63, 64) in der Wand der Traverse (23) mit dem Weg der unteren Kappe (53') der Verlängerung in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei die Vorsprünge bei leicht forciertem Durchgang der Kappe verschwinden, aber unter dem wirksamen Gewicht des Paneels nicht verschwinden.
