Claims (10)

  1. Scharnieranordnung zum Schwenken, im Verhältnis zu einem ersten Element (13), eines zweiten Elements (15), welches sich im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene (23) erstreckt, wobei das Scharnier eine Halterung (3) umfasst, welche dazu beschaffen ist, an dem ersten Element befestigt zu werden, und einen Scharnierkörper (5), welcher entlang einer zu der besagten Ebene parallelen Achse schwenkbar mit der Halterung verbunden ist, wobei das zweite Element (15) und der Scharnierkörper (5) zumindest bereichsweise in der besagten Ebene, das eine eine einseitig offene, hohl ausgebildete Form (15a), der andere eine komplementär erhaben ausgebildete, in die hohl ausgebildete Form (15a) eingreifende Form umfassen, wobei der Scharnierkörper (5) mit dem besagten zweiten Element über mindestens ein Verbindungselement (27, 37, 50) verbunden ist, welches mindestens ein Auflageteil (27, 50) umfasst, das über ein Eckumlenkmittel (37) unter der Einwirkung eines an dem Scharnierkörper (5) montierten Druckmittels (33) bewegt wird, um in der besagten Ebene des zweiten Elements oder entlang einer Richtung (29a, 41b1, 41b2), welche eine Komponente in dieser Ebene (23) besitzt, einen Druck auf dieses zweite Element (15) und den Scharnierkörper (5) zu erzeugen durch Bewegen gefolgt von einem Sperren in der besagten Ebene oder entlang der besagten Richtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageteil (27, 50) durch Vorsprung in den Umfang des Körpers (5) auf das zweite Element (15) wirkt, indem es geführt in dem Körper bewegt wird.
  2. Scharnieranordnung zum Schwenken, im Verhältnis zu einem ersten Element (13), eines zweiten Elements (15), welches sich im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene (23) erstreckt, wobei das Scharnier eine Halterung (3) umfasst, welche dazu beschaffen ist, an dem ersten Element befestigt zu werden, und einen Scharnierkörper (5), welcher entlang einer zu der besagten Ebene parallelen Achse schwenkbar mit der Halterung verbunden ist, wobei das zweite Element (15) und der Scharnierkörper (5) zumindest bereichsweise in der besagten Ebene, das eine eine einseitig offene, hohl ausgebildete Form (15a), der andere eine komplementär erhaben ausgebildete, in die hohl ausgebildete Form (15a) eingreifende Form umfassen, wobei der Scharnierkörper (5) mit dem besagten zweiten Element über mindestens ein Verbindungselement (55) verbunden ist, welches in der besagten Ebene des zweiten Elements oder entlang einer Richtung (29a, 41b1, 41b2, 55a, 55b), welche eine Komponente in dieser Ebene (23) besitzt, einen Druck auf dieses zweite Element (15) erzeugt durch elastische Spannung, indem es zwischen dem besagten zweiten Element (15) und dem Scharnierkörper (5) eingefügt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Verbindungselement (55) in der Form einer elastischen Banddichtung zeigt, welche in einem komprimierten Zustand zwischen dem jeweiligen Begrenzungsumfang der besagten hohl ausgebildeten (15a) und erhaben ausgebildeten Form eingefügt ist.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement ein Druckmittel (33, 33a, 33b) umfasst, welches in der besagten Ebene (23) beweglich montiert ist.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierkörper (5) aus einem Stück ist.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageteil (27, 50) eine äußere Auflagekante (150a) umfasst, welche ein abgeschrägtes Profil aufweist, und das zweite Element (15) gegenüberliegend eine komplementär ausgebildete abgeschrägte Kante (150a) aufweist.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageteil (27, 50) entlang der Ebene (23) durch innere Seitenwände (31a, 31b) des Körpers (5) geführt ist.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckmittel (33) in einem inneren Durchgang (9) des Scharnierkörpers (5) montiert ist, welcher einen anderen inneren Durchgang (35) dieses Körpers schneidet, der sich in der besagten Ebene (23) erstreckt und eine Achse (7) für die Schwenkbewegung des Scharnierkörpers (5) und des mit ihm verbundenen zweiten Elements (15) im Verhältnis zu der Halterung (3) um die besagte Schwenkachse (9a) herum umfasst, wobei diese Achse (7) einen Teil der Halterung (3) durchdringt, um die herum der Scharnierkörper schwenkt.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die hohl ausgebildete Form (15a) bereichsweise in der besagten Ebene (23) einen Ausschnitt (53) aufweist, welcher in dieser hohl ausgebildeten Form mündet und sich quer zu der besagten Richtung (29) erstreckt, entlang der die erhaben ausgebildete Form durch die besagte seitliche Öffnung hindurch in die hohl ausgebildete eingreift,
    - und das Auflageelement (27, 50) einen Zapfen (50) definiert, welcher unter der Einwirkung des Druckmittels (33) in den besagten Ausschnitt eingreift, um den Scharnierkörper (5) und das zweite Element (15) miteinander zu verspannen oder zu verriegeln.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Dichtung (55) am Außen- und/oder Innenumfang ein U-förmiges Hohlprofil und/oder ein hohl oder erhaben ausgebildetes V-Profil aufweist und, zumindest wenn ein solches erhaben ausgebildetes Profil vorgesehen ist, der Abschnitt des Scharnierkörpers (5) und/oder des zweiten Elements (15), in welchen die besagte Dichtung eingreift, ein Hohlprofil aufweist.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Scharnierkörper (5) und bereichsweise das zweite Element (15) in der besagten Ebene (23) die erhaben ausgebildete Form bzw. die hohl ausgebildete Form (15a) aufweisen, und
    - der Scharnierkörper, der sich im Wesentlichen in der besagten Ebene erstreckt, am Umfang einen Abschnitt mit U-förmigem Hohlprofil (25) aufweist, welches Außenkanten besitzt, die jeweils an einer der zwei gegenüberliegenden Flächen des zweiten Elements (15), am Umfang oder in unmittelbarer Nähe des Umfangs der besagten hohl ausgebildeten Form (15a) des zweiten Elements, in welchem der Scharnierkörper montiert ist, anliegen.
