Claims (12)

1. Aiguillage pour une voie à rail de glissement, en particulier une voie tubulaire avec garniture synthétique porteuse ou revêtement synthétique porteur, sur laquelle peuvent se déplacer des glissières ou des crochets pour le transport de charges, en particulier de moitiés d'animaux, de quartiers de viande et analogues avec un organe porteur (6) logé d'une manière pivotante pour un tronçon de voie rectiligne (4) et un tronçon de voie courbe (5) et un dispositif d'actionnement (9) pour pivoter l'organe porteur entre une première et une deuxième position de travail, le tronçon de voie rectiligne (4) étant couplé à la voie continue (I, 2) dans la première position de travail, et le tronçon de voie courbe (5) étant couplé à la voie de déviation (3) qui formé avec la voie continue un angle déterminable à l'avance, dans la deuxième position de travail, caractérisé en ce que l'organe porteur se présente sous la forme d'un double étrier qui saisit par dessous les deux tronçons de voie (4,5) voisins et situés dans un même plan, ce double étrier étant logé sur un axe vertical (7) et pouvant être relevé ou abaissé dans la direction de cet axe vertical (7) et également pivoté autour de cet axe par le mécanisme d'actionnement (9), et en ce que les extrémités des voies de jonction (1,2,3) des deux voies peuvent être accouplées de manière positive et porteuse avec les tronçons de voies (4,5).
2. Aiguillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les étriers (12,13) portant les tronçons de voie (4,5) sont essentiellement en forme de C et supportent en saisissant les tronçons de voie (4,5) par dessous chaque fois à partir du même côté.
3. Aiguillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'axe vertical (7) coordonné au double étrier (6) est placé au-dessus du tronçon de voie rectiligne (4) et essentiellement aligné sur son axe médian.
4. Aiguillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de voie curviligne (5) est symétrique par rapport à l'axe (7) de pivot et de levage, le tronçon de voie rectiligne (4) présentant toutefois des longueurs partielles différentes par rapport à cet axe (7).
5. Aiguillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le double étrier (6) consiste en une pièce coulée, particulièrement en fonte d'aluminium ou en fonte nodulaire.
6. Aiguillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le double étrier (6) porte des organes de verrouillage (16,17) destinés aux voies interrompues par suite de la position de l'aiguillage.
7. Aiguillage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage (16,17) sont façonnés dans la pièce coulée (6) ou vissés sur elle.
8. Aiguillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des tronçons de voie (4,5) et les extrémités correspondantes des voies de jonction (1,2,3) sont coupées en biais et que des éléments de support (14) sont fixés aux voies de jonction et constituent chaque fois un appui pour les tronçons de voie (4,5) qui présentent à leur partie inférieure une découpe correspondante.
9. Aiguillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le double étrier (6) est, via un manchon de guidage (8), logé sur un axe vertical (7) fixé sur un châssis porteur (11) et que ce châssis porteur présente des logements de fixation pour les extrémités libres des voies (1,2,3) à relier entre elles en une combinaison quelconque.
10. Aiguillage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au manchon de guidage (8) est articulé un levier de commande (9) qui repose à quelque distance du point d'articulation sur un appui (10) solidaire du châssis porteur.
11. Aiguillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun des étriers (12,13) présente une surface d'appui (18) centrante et adaptée à la forme du tronçon de voie tubulaire (4,5) correspondant.
12. Aiguillage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des systèmes de commande pneumatiques ou hydrauliques pour les mouvements de déplacement vertical et de pivotement du double étrier (6).
