Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Druckwerk für eine Bogen-Offsetrotationsdruckmaschine mit mindestens einem Plattenzylinder, dem ein Farbwerk und ein Feuchtwerk zugeordnet sind, mindestens einem Gummizylinder und einem Druckzylinder, über dessen Druckzylinder ein Widerdruck auf den Bogen aufbringbar ist.The invention relates to a printing unit for a sheet-fed offset rotary printing press with at least one plate cylinder, to which an inking unit and a dampening unit are assigned, at least one blanket cylinder and one printing cylinder, via the printing cylinder of which an impression can be applied to the sheet.
Bekannte Druckwerke dieser Art, vgl. Walenski "Einführung in den Offsetdruck", Seiten 143, 148 und 155, sind so ausgebildet, daß der Bogen zwischen zwei Gummizylindern, denen je ein Plattenzylinder mit einem Farbwerk und einem Feuchtwerk zugeordnet ist, hindurchläuft und dadurch beidseitig bedruckt wird. Eine derartige Ausgestaltung erfordert jedoch ein spezielles Druckwerk für den Schön- und Widerdruck. Die nachträgliche Erweiterung eines bereits konstruierten Schöndruckwerkes auf dieser Grundlage scheitert am fehlenden Platz für den Plattenzylinder. Außerdem sind derartige Druckwerke wegen ihres höheren Anschaffungspreises kalkulatorisch für eine Druckerei dann zu teuer, wenn nur gelegentlich ein Schön- und Widerdruck durchgeführt werden soll.Known printing units of this type, cf. Es sind zwar schon Bogen-Offsetrotationsdruckmaschinen bekanntgeworden, vgl. Walenski "Einführung in den Offsetdruck", Seiten 147, 151 und 154, bei denen die Bogen zwischen zwei Druckwerken gewendet werden. Bei diesen Druckmaschinen bringt ein nachgeschaltetes Druckwerk nach Einschaltung der Wendevorrichtung statt eines weiteren Schöndrucks einen Widerdruck auf. Eine derartige Wendevorrichtung läßt sich zwar in der Regel nachträglich einbauen, sie bringt jedoch den Nachteil mit sich, daß das Einrichten für den Schön- und Widerdruck einen größeren Zeitaufwand als das Einrichten für einseitigen Druck fordert. Weiterhin müssen zur Vermeidung eines erhöhten Makulaturanfalles zusätzliche Maßnahmen, wie Einsatz von Blas- oder Saugluft, getroffen werden, da die Bogen beim Wenden zum Abschmieren neigen. Darüber hinaus muß an jeuem Bogen nicht nur ein druckfreier Streifen entlang der Vorderseite, sondern auch ein entsprechender Streifen entlang der Rückseite freigehalten werden, an dem die Greifer angreifen können. Im Vergleich zum einseitigen Mehrfarbendruck wird daher das Format des Bogens schlechter ausgenutzt.Sheet-fed offset printing presses have already become known, cf. Das Druckwerk nach Fig. 1 umfaßt zwei Plattenzylinder 1, 2, denen je ein Farbwerk 3, 4 und ein Feuchtwerk 5, 6 zugeordnet sind. Jeder der beiden Plattenzylinder 1, 2 wirkt mit je einem Gummizylinder 7, 8 zusammen. Weiterhin ist ein Druckzylinder 9 vorgesehen, der, vgl. Fig. 2, Greifer 10 trägt. Der Durchmesser des Druckzylinders 9 ist, wie Fig. 3 erkennen läßt, um das Maß "2a" kleiner als der Durchmesser des fest mit dem Druckzylinder 9 verbundenen Meß- oder Schmitzringes 11.
