Claims (13)
eine Stromregelvorspannschaltung (74) zum Zuführen einer Vorspannung zu einer Konstantstromschaltung, um den Betriebsstrom einer Differenzstufe (61, 62, 63, 64, 65) des Operationsverstärkers in Übereinstimmung mit einer stabilen Besugsspannung (VREF) zu bestimmen, die der Vorspannschaltung (74) zugeführt wird, die im wesentlichen frei vom Einfluß einer Schwankung der Versorgungsspannung ist, die dem geschalteten Kapazitätsschaltkreis zugeführt ist, so daß der Betriebsstrom der Differenzstufe (61, 62, 63, 64, 65) frei vom Einfluß der Schwankung der Verzorgungsspannung ist, welcher Operationsverstärker eine Verstärkungsstufe (66, 67) hinter der Differenzstufe enthält, wobei die Stromregelvorspannschaltung (74) enthält: einen ersten MOS-Transistor (91), der die Bezugsspannung (VREF) an einem Gate-Source-Pfad desselben aufnimmt, einen zweiten MOS-Transistor (90), der in Serie mit dem ersten MOS-Transistor (91) geschaltet ist, einen dritten MOS-Transistor (92), dessen Drain und Gate jeweils mit dem Drain und Gate des zweiten MOS-Transistor (90) verbunden sind, wobei der dritte MOS-Transistor (92) zusammen mit dem zweiten MOS-Transistor (90) eine Stromspiegelschaltung bildet, und einen vierten Transistor (93), der in Serie mit dem dritten MOS-Transistor (92) geschaltet ist, um eine kostante Gate-Source-Spannung zu haben, die im wesentlichen frei vom Einfluß der Schwankung der Versorgangsspannung ist, aufgrund der Zuführung konstanten Stroms von der Stromspiegelschaltung, wobei Gate und Source des vierten Transistors (93) mit Gate bzw. Source eines MOS-Transistors (65) der Konstantstromschaltung verbunden sind, um den Betriebsstrom des genannten Operationsverstärkers zu bestimmen.
