Claims (7)

1. Stanzvorrichtung zum Ausstanzen von Gegenständen mit krummen oder gebogenen Kanten aus bogenförmigen Material, insbesondere Etiketten oder ähnlichen gedruckten Erzeugnissen in einer grossen Stückzahl in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang, welche Stanzvorrichtung Mittel (3) zum Unterstützen eines Stapels (1) aus einer grossen Anzahl Bogenrohlingen, die je einen der genannten Gegenstände enthalten, und ein über diesen Unterstützungsmitteln angeordnetes und im Verhältnis dazu bewegliches Stanzeisen umfasst, welches die Form eines im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Körpers (1) aufweist, dessen eines Ende als eine ebene, der Form der erwähnten Gegenstände entsprechende umlaufende Schneidkante (7) ausgebildet ist, wobei lediglich die Aussenseite des rohrförmigen Körpers (6) auf eine vorgeschriebene Schärfe und Schneidwinkel der Schneidkante (7) geschliffen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der rohrförmige Körper (6) aus einer gesinterten Hartmetallegierung hergestellt worden ist, mit einem inneren Hohlraum, in dem mindestens die Wandoberflächen (8) an der Schneidkante (7) glatt geschliffen sind und senkrecht zur Ebene der Schneidkante (7) stehen.
2. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnte Hartmetallegierung eine Wolframkarbid-Kobalt-Legierung ist.
3. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung im wesentlichen 90 % Wolframkarbid und 10 % Kobalt enthält.
4. Stanzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Hohlraum einen der Schneidkante (7) benachbarten Teil, dessen Oberfläche (8) der Form der erwähnten Gegenstände entspricht, und einen daran anstossenden Teil (10) mit erhöhtem Querschnittsareal umfasst.
5. Stanzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenseite des rohrförmigen Körpers (6) an der Schneidkante (7) auf einen Schneidwinkel von 5 bis 10° geschliffen ist.
6. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifen an der Schneidkante in einer Anzahl umlaufender, benachbarter facettenähnlicher Schleifflächen (9a, 9b) vorgenommen worden ist.
7. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die an die Schneidkante (7) angrenzende Schleiffläche (9a) hohlgeschliffen ist.
