Claims (5)

1. Dispositif d'accouplement pour commander les cadres (10) d'un métier à tisser, comprenant un arbre de commande (1) tournant de façon intermittente et présentant au moins une gorge (2), et un cliquet (5) pouvant être enclenché dans la gorge (2) et disposé sur un excentrique (6) monté de façon à pouvoir tourner sur l'arbre de commande (1), ainsi qu'une languette (7) entourant l'excentrique (6) et faisant partie d'une bielle motrice pour la commande au niveau des cadres (10), caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit un dispositif d'exploration (7, 80, 14, 73) par l'intermédiaire duquel la fonction des cadres (10) est comparée au programme de tissage et en ce qu'au moins un détecteur de commande (82, 83) du dispositif d'exploration est relié fonctionnellement d'une part à un levier de commande (14-18) réalisant le processus d'accouplement du cliquet et d'autre part à la languette (7) permettant le mouvement des cadres.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément réalisant le processus d'accouplement du cliquet (5) est un levier de commande (14-18) mobile dans le trajet du cliquet (5) et le débrayant, à partir duquel on actionne un commutateur de proximité (83), inductif, formant le détecteur de commande.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier de commande (14-18) présente une arête de support (72) pour une tringlerie de transmission (73-75, 78-80) par laquelle le commutateur de proximité (83, 82) est guidé dans la position de mise hors circuit (82a), lors de la position de pivotement externe (14) du levier de commande et ainsi lors de l'accouplement du cliquet (5).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la languette (7) présente une arête support (92) pour la tringlerie de transmission (73-75, 78-80), de sorte que le commutateur de proximité (83, 82) est guidé à partir de la languette (7) vers la position de mise en circuit (82).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par un dispositif d'arrêt (88, 93) relié fonctionnellement à la tringlerie de transmission (73-75, 78-80), de sorte que la tringlerie (73-75, 78-80) n'est maintenue de façon stable que dans deux positions séparées correspondant à la position de mise en circuit (83, 82) et de mise hors circuit (83, 82a) du commutateur de proximité (83, 82).
