Der Abstand zwischen zwei Lagerbuchsen ist so bemessen, dass die darin gelagerten schwenkbaren Lamellen 4 untereinander frei hängen und ungestört eine Schwenkbewegung ausführen können. Wenn die Zugorgane 20 entlastet werden und die Lamellen aufeinander aufsitzen, verkürzt sich der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Lagerbuchsen 22 entsprechend. Anstelle einer Kunststoffschnur kann das dargestellte Zugorgan auch aus einer Drahtlitze o. dgl. bestehen. Am unteren Ende des Zugorgans 20 ist die Endlamelle 15 verdrehsicher angeordnet.Fig. 5 shows part of a lamella swivel assembly 5, in which the tension member 20 and the coupling member 28 consist of a plastic cord of high tensile strength. At a predetermined distance, 20 bushings 22 made of plastic are injection molded along the pulling element, in which the guide pins 16 of the pivotable slats 4 are rotatably mounted. For axially fixing the guide pin 16, the bearing bushes have locking lips on the outer end, which engage in a corresponding locking groove on the free end of the guide pin. Alternatively, locking is also possible using snap rings 0 or the like. The distance between two bearing bushes is dimensioned such that the pivotable slats 4 mounted therein hang freely from one another and can carry out a pivoting movement undisturbed. If the tension members 20 are relieved and the lamellae are seated on one another, the distance between adjacent bearing bushes 22 is shortened accordingly. Instead of a plastic cord, the traction element shown can also consist of a wire strand or the like. At the lower end of the tension member 20, the end lamella 15 is arranged in a rotationally secure manner.

Claims (8)

1. A roller shutter having a curtain of horizontal slats (4) which are able to travel with their end edges in vertical guiderails (50) between an upper end position and a lower end position, the slats being suspended pivotally by pull-members (20) from a predetermined upper slat and being combined by coupling members (28) into a pivoting-slat cluster (5) of a number of parallel slats able to swing out simultaneously, where in the guiderails (50) at least one control cheek (40) is arranged with one vertical throughway channel (42) and one movable control segment (44), the control segment (44} having in the throughway channel a position of engagement in which one control element (26) arranged on the pivoting-slat cluster (5) comes into engagement with the control segment (44) and steers the pivoting-slat cluster (5) out of its vertical position into a pivoted position,
characterized in that the control segment (44) may be moved by means of mechanical or electrical positioning devices (e. g., 60, 62) out of its position of engagement into a position out of engagement, which lies outside the vertical throughway channel (42).

A roller shutter as in Claim 1, characterized in that the positioning devices include a swivelling cam (60) which is arranged to be able to swivel on the control cheek (40) and which in a first and a second stable position respectively pivots the control segment (44) into the position out of engagement and the position of engagement respectively, and on the curtain at predetermined distances below and above the control element (26) positioning cams (62) which during a downwards movement or respectively an upwards movement pivot the swivelling cam (60), and that the pivotable control segment (44) is made as a leaf spring hinged at one end.
3. A roller shutter as in one of the Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the control segment (44) in its position of engagement closes the upper entry to the throughway channel (42) and liberates it in its position out of engagement.
4. A roller shutter as in Claim 1, characterized in that the positioning devices include an electric drive which at the choice of a user sets the control segment (44) controllably in the position of engagement or the position out of engagement.

A roller shutter as in Claim 4, characterized in that at predetermined distances below and above the control element (26) electric contact elements are arranged on the pivoting-slat cluster (5), which make contact with stationary countercontacts as they run past them in the guiderail (50) and control the control segment (44) electrically into the desired position before the control element (26) runs through the control cheek (40).

A roller shutter as in one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that one control element (26) is provided at each of the two endfaces of one predetermined slat (4) of the pivoting-slat cluster (5), and in the guiderails (50) one control cheek (40) is provided for the simultaneous seizing and deflection of each of the two control elements (26).
7. A roller shutter as in one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a number of pairs of control cheeks (40) lying opposite one another are fastened at predetermined heights in the guiderails (50).
8. A roller shutter as in one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the pivotable slats (4) exhibit in prolongation of the upper longitudinal edge (6) guidepins (16) which are supported to be able to turn in bearing bushes (22) on the pull-members (20) and together with the pull-members (20) run in guidegaps (52) in the guiderails (50).
