Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Gleitschutzvorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art (DE-A-2 064 551) sind die am vorderen Ende der Hülle befindlichen, sich nach oben erstreckenden Laschen mit ihren freien Enden übereinanderliegend an einem Befestigungselement angeordnet, das die Befestigung der beiden Enden an der Hülle sicherstellt.
  • Diese Befestigung und Ausbildung der beiden Laschen hat den Nachteil, daß zwei Laschenenden an der Hülle befestigt werden müssen, wodurch sich die Handhabung erschwert. Hinzu kommt, daß die beiden Laschenenden nicht so fest mit der Hülle verbunden werden können, daß ein seitliches Ausweichen der Laschen unterbunden werden könnte. Dieses Ausweichen der Laschen zur Seite hin kann zu Lockerungen der Gleitschutzvorrichtung am Schuhwerk führen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt im wesentlichen die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Nachteile zu vermeiden und somit die Befestigung der Laschen zu vereinfachen und den Sitz der Gleitschutzvorrichtung im Bereich der Schuhspitze zu verbessern.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sind erfindungsgemäß die freien Laschenenden einstückig zusammengeführt und gemeinsam über ein Befestigungselement gehalten. Durch diese Laschenverbindung werden zwei freie Laschenenden vermieden, so daß demgemäß mit der Anbringung des Befestigungselementes die Befestigung der beiden nunmehr am freien Ende zusammengeführten Laschen sichergestellt ist. Die Verbindung der beiden Laschenenden am freien Ende hat zudem den Vorteil, daß die an der Schuhspitze anliegenden Laschenteile nicht zur Seite hin ausweichen können. Sie sind am oberen und am unteren Ende einstückig zusammengeführt.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand der Zeichnung erläutert, in der ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ist. Es zeigt
    • Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer Gleitschutzvorrichtung im noch nicht aufgezogenen, unverformten Zustand,
    • Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1 nach Anbringung am Schuhwerk und
    • Fig. 3 die Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 2 in der Stirnansicht.
  • Die Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1 wird aus einem aus Gummi oder dergl. bestehenden Schlauchstück durch Stanzen hergestellt. Das Gebilde gemäß Fig. 1 ist also doppelwandig, und am oberen und unteren Rand bei a und b befinden sich Faltstellen, die die beiden Wandungen einstückig miteinander verbinden.
  • Erst beim Aufziehen auf den Schuh nimmt die Vorrichtung ihre endgültige Gestalt gemäß Fig. 2 an, und zwar in der Weise, daß sie den Schuh mit elastischer Vorspannung umschließt.
  • Die Gleitschutzvorrichtung besteht aus einer den vorderen Teil des Schuhs umfassenden Hülle 1, einer sich hieran nach hinten anschließenden, sich schräg nach oben erstreckenden Schlaufe 2, die in einem etwa senkrecht nach oben sich erstreckenden Lappen 3 endet. Vom unteren Teil der Hülle 1 aus gehen zwei Zehenlaschen 4, 5 aus, die jedoch nicht frei auslaufen, sondern im Bereich der Kante b' fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Für den Absatz des Schuhwerks sind keine Gleitschutzkörper vorgesehen. Diese befinden sich im unteren Teil der Hülle 1. Sie sind spikeartig, knopfartig ausgeführt und mit 6 bezeichnet.
  • Zur Befestigung der beiden Zehenlaschen 4, 5 wird der Verbindungssteg 7 mit Hilfe eines Doppelknopfes 8 am oberen Teil der Hülle 1 befestigt. Die Spitze des Schuhwerks greift dabei in den Raum zwischen den beiden Zehenlaschen 4, 5 ein, der infolge des Verbindungssteges 7 nunmehr eine lochartige Durchbrechung 9 innerhalb des Gummikörpers darstellt und jetzt eine genaue Fixierung und Zentrierung der Gleitschutzvorrichtung zuläßt. Die Spitze des Schuhwerks dringt also mehr oder weniger stark in die Durchbrechung 9 ein.

Claims (2)

1. Auf Schuhwerk aufziehbare und leicht wieder abnehmbare Gleitschutzvorrichtung aus elastischem Werkstoff, bestehend aus einer den Vorderteil des Schuhwerks umschließenden Hülle und einer mit dieser einstückig um die Fersenkappe herumgeführten Schlaufe sowie an der Lauffläche vorgesehenen Gleitschutzkörper, wobei die Hülle und die Schlaufe Wandungen eines Schlauchstückes sind, und am vorderen Ende der Hülle zwei sich nach oben erstreckende Laschen vorgesehen sind, deren freie Enden im oberen Teil der Hülle befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden der beiden Laschen (4, 5) einstückig zusammengeführt und gemeinsam über ein Befestigungselement gehalten sind.
2. Gleitschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Laschen (4, 5) eine zum Einführen der Spitze des Schuhwerks bemessene Durchbrechung (9) vorgesehen ist, die von einem umlaufenden Rand der Gleitschutzvorrichtung begrenzt ist.
