Claims (3)

1. Procédé de réglage de la commande des soupages d'un moteur à combustion interne à pistons alternatifs, notamment d'un moteur Diesel,
avec un arbre à came (1) entraîné à partir du vilebrequin (7) par l'intermédiaire d'un organe de transmission flexible (5) sans fin, procédé dans lequel :
le vilebrequin (7) est disposé dans la position du point mort haut pour un cylindre de référence (1),
l'arbre à came (1) est bloqué en rotation au moyen d'un profil transversal-clé (22) en prise avec un dispositif (23) susceptible de venir en butée contre une surface de séparation (30, 30') du carter (31) de la chambre de commande,
une roue d'entraînement (4), susceptible d'être bloquée en rotation sur l'arbre à came (1) par un assemblage à friction, est maintenue mobile en rotation sur l'arbre à came (1) lors du réglage, au moyen d'une fixation par vis (3) desserrée,
procédé caractérisé en ce que :
l'arbre à came (1) et le dispositif (23) sont amenés en prise au moyen d'un profil transversal-clé (2 pans 22) disposé transversalement par rapport au plan de la surface de séparation (n) (30, 30') du carter (31) de la chambre de commande,
la roue d'entraînement (4), la fixation par vis étant desserrée, est bloquée en rotation, par rapport à l'arbre à came (1), par l'intermédiaire de l'organe de transmission (5), qui est en liaison d'entraînement avec le vilebrequin (7) et qui est tendu par un galet tendeur (9),
le vilebrequin (7) est bloqué en rotation dans la position du point mort haut (goujon de blocage 15) par rapport au carter du vilebrequin (16).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre à came (1) est maintenu, par l'intermédiaire du dispositif (23), en avance dans le sens de rotation par rapport à la roue d'entraînement (4) d'un angle correspondant à la cote de mise en place de l'organe de transmission (5).
3. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon revendication 1 ou 2, dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :
un élément (24) en forme de poutre comportant sur un côté longitudinal (27) des surfaces de butée (28, 28') pour prendre appui sur le carter de la chambre de commande,
un profil transversal-clé (encoche en forme de U 29) disposé sur le côté longitudinal (27) de l'élément (24) pour recevoir le profil transversal-clé correspondant (2 pans 22) prévu sur l'arbre à came (1)
des moyens de fixation (32, 32' et 33) pour fixer le dispositif (23) sur le carter (31) de la chambre de commande.
