Claims (11)

1. Véhicule ferroviaire, notamment tramway, dont les parties de tête présentent des parties de paroi latérale (4a) limitées conformément aux dimensions du véhicule (par exemple largeur, longueur de la partie en porte-à-faux du véhicule) et aux conditions du parcours (par exemple rayon des courbes, distances au milieu de la voie), au moins une partie de tête étant munie, au sein de l'une de ses parties de paroi latérale limitées (4a), d'une porte d'accès qui présente un marchepied pivotant (1) muni d'une palette de marchepied (2) faisant saillie, en position d'utilisation, hors du plan vertical de cette partie de paroi latérale (4a), caractérisé par le fait que la palette (2) du marchepied pivotant (1) peut pivoter dans sa position d'utilisation autour d'un axe de rotation vertical (3) solidaire du véhicule, le bord longitudinal extérieur (2a) de la palette de marchepied (2) étant autant que possible parallèle, dans cette position, au plan vertical de la paroi latérale (4) du véhicule et situé dans ce plan.
2. Véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe vertical de rotation (3) est disposé dans une région opposée à la paroi frontale (5) du véhicule, au voisinage de la transition de la partie de paroi latérale limitée (4a) à la paroi latérale (4) du véhicule.
3. Véhicule ferroviaire selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que pour le soutien de l'extrémité de la palette de marchepied (2) opposée à l'axe vertical de rotation (3) est prévue une voie de guidage (6) solidaire du véhicule.
4. Véhicule ferroviaire selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité de la palette de marchepied (2) opposée à l'axe vertical de rotation (3) est soutenue par un galet (7) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner sur le véhicule.
5. Véhicule ferroviaire selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'axé vertical de rotation (3) et la voie de guidage (6) ou le galet (7) sont disposés sur un cadre (8) relié au véhicule.
6. Véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre (8) reçoit un dispositif d'entraînement (9) pour le pivotement de la palette de marchepied (2) vers l'extérieur et vers l'intérieur.
7. Véhicule ferroviaire selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la palette de marchepied (2) est reliée à un tube pivotant (2b) maintenu dans l'axe vertical de rotation (3) et soutenu par la voie de guidage (6) ou le galet (7).
8. Véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendications 7, caractérisé par le fait que la palette de marchepied (2) repose sur des bras porteurs (2c) qui coupent chacun le tube pivotant (2b) et sont suspendus, à la façon d'un fléau, dans une monture (2d) fixée au tube pivotant (2b) et soutenus contre une console (2e) du tube pivotant (2b), avec interposition d'un ressort (10), d'un interrupteur électrique (11), et d'une butée (12) qui limite leur angle de basculement.
9. Véhicule ferroviaire selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait que la voie de guidage (6) et le tube pivotant (2b) sont munis de revêtements interchangeables (6a, 2f) coopérant l'un avec l'autre et formés d'une matière synthétique résistant à l'usure et ayant un petit coefficient de frottement.
10. Véhicule ferroviaire selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait que le tube pivotant (2b) présente un galet de guidage coopérant avec la voie de guidage (6).
