  • the foot 1 of the post provided at its top with a sleeve 38 for receiving the post 2 (Figure 19) is constituted by a simple section of metal tube. It is locally swollen to define a transverse rib 39. Under this rib, a helical spring 40 is threaded, then the washer 36 which slides freely. Then, the base of the tube is partially crushed, to reveal two projecting lugs 41, diametrically opposite, by means of which neither the spring 40 nor the washer 36 can no longer be lost or disassembled.
