Description

MODULAR SYSTEM FOR THE REALIZA TION OF FOUNDA TIONS FOR SUPPORTS OF O VERHEAD LINES AND/OR SUPPORT PILE.
TECHNICAL FIELD The current system, object of this invention, regards the modular building construction field.
Particularly, it consists in a new modular system for the construction of overhead wire support and/or supporting pile foundations.
BACKGROUND ART
The techniques and the system for the realization of foundations to support the air wires and/or the supporting piles can be brought back to a unique system that foresee the realization in site through different stages: hand or mechanical digging; the positioning of a pouring pipe, the handmade discharging of concrete, the installation of the pile with a help of a mechanic mean.
Such a system presents critical aspects: the miscentring of the pouring pipe in respect of the foundation block, the no-consideration of the distance between the dig and the pouring pipe with a lower depth of the pile' s installation in the ground, the difficult control of the concrete's quality, utilized for the foundation, usually prepared in site or bought from a warehouse and taken in the construction place, the possibility of the movement of the pouring pipe because of a discharging, the difficulty squaring of the block walls, the possibility of faults of the superior surfaces for the realization of inclining surfaces, able to prevent the rain flowing.
Such issues, in different sections, are partially dealt and solved in the following patent application n° US6178714, US20040001 14 e WO2006051575.
Application n° US6178714, regards a system for the construction of a removable modular structure constituted of a poured and levelled concrete of regularly placed holes to insert and lock the vertical piles and/or columns, a series of fixed columns with a standard dimension which each of them has one or more vertical holes for the locking, a number of columns and piles that are important for the locking of the blocks. When a column of one or more blocks is placed, constitutes the element for the assembly of the next block in order to create a wall that doesn't require and it is easy to unfix. Application n° US20040001 14 regards a modular system for the construction of blocks composed of a semi-finished work which is provided of a number of passages. The semi-finished works can be constituted of plastic and filled with cement or reinforced steel bars able to create basements, foundations, beams, walls and roofs. The object of the application n° WO200651575 is a modular system for the realization of foundations constituted of prefabricated modules with different geometric features, which can be composed in different configurations. It is composed of steel bars, wood, concrete, or other material, used during the installation fase, to place the blocks of all the layers and restoring the monolithicity of the block. However, neither the current building technique nor the patent applications solve the critical aspects.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
This invention works for a modular system to realize the foundations for air wires and/or supporting piles. It wants to overcome all the problems and disadvantages of the existing systems.
The aim of the new systems to realize efficient foundations and making the same process secure even during the installation without causing critical aspects.
The other aim is to make to the finished block high resistance to the mechanical cutting force that stresses the system during the working fase. Considering the above mentioned purposes another modular system is proposed.
It consists of a system able to realize foundations for supports of overhead lines and /or supporting piles. There is a prefabricated A type module in concrete, which is called the first module with a parallelepiped form. It has at least two holes at the corners for the installation of the bars useful to centre the blocks and at least two jack notches necessary for the module' s movement. On top of the A module is installed a second B type module which is prefabricated in concrete. This second module has a parallelepiped shape with at least two holes at the corners for the installation of the finished block layers, at least two jack notches useful for the module' s movement, a central hole to install the pile and at least a ground cables groove.
Two steel bars, wood, concrete or other material, with circle, squared, rectangular section or similars, are placed in said at least two holes. In both modules (A and B) must be present two holes in order to give uniformity to the layers of the block. In these holes between the two modules is poured a mortar cement on an epossidic resin base or similar material able to fix all the layers of the block (solidification of the modules), restoring the monolithicity of the block itself. For the appearing foundations, a third C type module is put on top of the B module.
The prefabricated in concrete C type module has a parallelepiped shape and has at least two holes at the corners to lodge the bars useful to centre the layers of the finished block, at least two jack notches useful for the module' s movement, a central hole for the installation of the pile and the appearing surface a bit slope to avoid the water stagnation. Two steel bars, wood, concrete or other material, with a circle, squared or rectangular section are inserted in said at least two holes of said modules (A-B-C) useful to uniform all the layers of the block. In these holes and between the modules (A-B-C) is put a mortar cement based on an epossidic resin or similar able to fix all the layers of the block (solidification of the modules) restoring the monolithicity of the block itself. The mortar cement with an epossidic resin or similar material is resistant to the shearing mechanical forces that stimolate the system during the exercises fase.
With reference to the figures, the system, object of this present, expects the composition of the prefabricated modules (A-B-C) types with geometric and different characteristics, in different configurations useful for the realization of the foundations, according to the type of the pile and the steel bars or wood, concrete or other material, required for the installation fase, to centre the blocks and then we have a special mortar cement based on an epossidic resin (Kimia type or similar) which is good to restore the monolithicity of the block.
The use of this type of mortar is resistent to the shearing mechanical forces which are very important during the exercise fase. Here are the following characteristics of the modules: -A Type module: prefabricated element with a parallelepiped shape used as the base B and C type modules, furnished of at least two holes at the corners to lodge the necessary bars useful to centre the layers of the completed block and at least two jack notches necessary for the movement of the module; -B Type module: prefabricated element with a parallelepiped shape utilized for the superior layers of an A type and applied in a number of units to reach the depth of the foundation required depending on the pile to be installed. It is provided of at least two holes at the corners for the installation of the finished bars useful to centre the layers of the finished block, at least two jack notches for the movement of the module, a central hole to install the pile and ground cable grooves;
-C Type module: prefabricated element with a parallelepiped shape and used at the top of another emerging block. It is provided with at least two holes at the corners for the installation of the finished bars useful to centre the layers of the finished block, at least two jack notches necessary for the movement of the module, a central hole to install the pile and an inclination of the surface allowing the meteoric rain to flow; -Steel bars, wood, concrete or other material : element with round, squared, rectangular section or similar to be put in each of the corner holes which are on the A, B, C module' s type to facilitate the layers of the block to be centred;
-Mortar cement on an epossidic resine base or similar: material to be put between the modules to allow the layers of the block to be fixed (solidification of the modules) and to restore the monolithicity of the block itself which is useful for the resistance of the shearing mechanical forces. These forces improves the system during the exercise fase.
The main feature of the present is its modularity, which improves and semplifies the foundation with the prefabricated element' s composition, in comparison to the traditional one allowing the construction of the foundation' s blocks with a high technical-qualitative profile and solving all the problems and critical aspects resulting from the traditional technique. Advantages of the present invention:
I . Total modularity of the invention which allow, employing a certain number of units of the prefabricated modules, the depth of the foundation required by the type of pile to be installed. 2. High technical-qualitative profile of the foundation block.
3. High resistance to the shearing mechanical forces thanks to the use of certain mortar cement.
4. Easy installation allowing the pile to be centred and the perfect realization of the inclination for the rain to be flown. 5. Control of the depth' s insertion of the supporting pile.
6. Scientific control of the concrete' s quality used for module' s realization because it' s used for the concrete production implants.
7. Disappearing of the seasoning, s concrete problems. The concrete to be considered "mature" needs 28 days after rejected; so, all the stresses of the foundation' s block before this time can lead to the disaggregation of concrete components.
8. Disappearing of the waiting time for the concrete to be hard.
9. Absence of the material' s segregation. 10. Absence of the problems in the working places because the quality of a foundation' s block constructed in a rough place is the same of the one constructed on a plain place.
I 1. Reduced building's time. The present, not only represents the given tables but can receive changements by the man without loosing the direction of the original patent.
This invention can have a lot of advantages and can avoid all the problems of other system.
