Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication continue d'une poudre monobasique au moyen d'une presse à vis à deux arbres, suivant lequel de la nitrocellulose humidifiée par un solvant est introduite dans une zone d'admission de la presse à vis et mélangée dans des zones suivantes de mélange et de pétrissage de la presse avec du solvant introduit et le cas échéant avec d'autres matières d'addition est ainsi rendue gélatineuse, est extrudée sous forme de joncs l'extrémité de décharge de la presse à vis, caractérisé en ce que le solvant est ajouté à la nitrocellulose exclusivement dans une zone de mélange (Me) placée à la suite de la zone d'admission ouverte (E).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le solvant est ajouté au moyen d'une pompe de dosage (22).
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la nitrocellulose est introduite au moyen d'une vis sans fin de dosage (12).
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la nitrocellulose est dosée en vue d'une sous-alimentation d'au moins la zone d'admission (E) de la presse à vis sans fin (1 ).
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la nitrocellulose est introduite dans une zone d'admission (E) définie par des éléments de vis (4) à profil en caisson.
